We invite you to come spend your vacation at Palm Place. This one bedroom one bath apartment is just steps from the white sands of Clearwater Beach.

This apartment accommodates 4 guests with queen size bed in the bedroom, sofa sleeper 'full size' in the living room and additional futon in the sun room. An inviting environment to relax and recharge. 'Apartment has new paint through out and updated kitchen.'

The apartment has many amenities with modern kitchen, central heat and air, cable TV, DVD player and radio.

Free washer and dryer on site.

One assigned parking spot.

Sabal Palm has a patio that leads out to the protected tropical courtyard.

Tropical courtyard has gas and charcoal barbeque grills, concrete table and chairs for guest to enjoy a meal outside.

You must be 25 years of age to book any of our homes. The person booking the home must also be one of the occupants.
Feb-April Weekly, Rest of year 2 Day Minimum Rentals.
No Smoking. - $250 extra cleaning charge for smoking in the unit
Small Pets up to 25 lbs with additional pet fee.
