Accessible via just one flight of stairs, Unit 418 accommodates up to four people with a luxurious king-size bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sectional sofa bed in the open living room.

The newly renovated kitchen is a haven for culinary enthusiasts, equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, mixer, as well as a complete set of dishes, cutlery, pots, and pans. The bathroom showcases a recently upgraded walk-in shower with exquisite ceramic tiles. For added convenience, the condo includes a dishwasher, washer, and dryer.

Our unit is thoughtfully furnished with amenities to enhance your stay, including high-speed internet, unlimited calls within the USA and Canada, linens, pillows, covers, bath towels, beach towels, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, beach chairs, and an umbrella for guest use.

Please note that the Avalon community requires an Association Application, due at least ten (10) days before your arrival. The application fee is $50.0 per couple and $10.0 for each person over 18 years old; those under 18 are exempt. If you've previously registered with Avalon, the application is still required, but the fee is waived.
