Redington Surf Resort unit #15 is a one bedroom condo with the "Gulf of Mexico in it's back yard"! Beautiful Gulf Front view from this second floor unit (accessible by stairs). It has two comfortable Queen size beds, cable TV, two love seats and a sofa. The bathroom has a shower and the kitchen has a stove and refrigerator for your convenience. Free Wi-Fi. One assigned parking space provided. Redington Surf Resort is located right on the beautiful beach of North Redington Beach. Close proximity to restaurants and shopping, and easy access to the trolley. The property offers a heated swimming pool. The shuffleboard court, BBQ grills, covered picnic tables, and sun deck are all beach front so you can soak in the gorgeous view.

Very out dated condo.

The ceiling on the porch below us was missing. We pulled several dishes from the cabinets that were not clean. We pulled the coffee maker out to use and it had obviously not been cleaned underneath it in quite a while. The refrigerator did work but it had to be close to 40 years old. Floors were not clean, tiles were broken. There is mold in the shower. The queen bed that we used was the one by the window defiantly needs replaced we both kept rolling into the middle.

Excellent location with an amazing view, but lacking those personal touches.

The location on the beach is perfect! The balcony outside the unit is great. We spent a lot of time there. The windows are filthy and deceiving. It looks like constant bad weather looking out the windows. There were two rolls of 1 ply toilet paper, so bring your own. There was no dish soap in the unit. Dishes were washed in hand soap, so that left us thinking we were definitely eating from dirty dishes. There were plenty of cups, plates, random items such as crock pot and blender, but lacking basics like baking pans. There were no beach chairs or even beach towels so don’t expect any of the extras like you find in most beach units. There was a vase of fresh flowers. That was a nice touch. Overall, this unit was okay. Due to location I would stay there again, but there are nicer units in the same building!

Right on the beach!!

Wife and I spent a long weekend here. It was very enjoyable. First impression when walking in the door, is that it is a bit dated. But, it all felt very clean. The view is amazing! Steps from the beach! Overall, a great place to stay.

Beautiful beach views

The view from the front windows is lovely and the property is very clean and well maintained. As others have mentioned, the furnishings and cabinetry are 'tired' but the location, right on the beach with ocean views made up for that. One thing that renters should be aware of: on the ocean side of the unit is a walkway (not a balcony) with chairs where people from the interior units come to sit and smoke. It was awkward at times as we would have to shutter our blinds and close our windows to maintain privacy. We asked about this but were told that the walkways were considered communal and smoking was allowed outside as long as they used an ashtray and we noticed there was one provided on our window sill. Other than this issue, we enjoyed our stay.

The best location!

Second time staying here with our 2 young kids. Great location! We love the beach and can walk to a couple breakfast places. We had a small issue at check in and our envelope wasn’t left in the box but we were able to call and get it resolved.

PERFECT!

The entire process from booking to the end of my stay was so easy and absolutely perfect! PM company was VERY responsive. Unit was very nice and having chairs on the balcony right outside the room was great. But the best part was having the huge windows in the living area so we were able to see the ocean and sunset! If we didn’t want to walk down to the beach, the view from inside was just as magical. Highly recommend this unit and the PM company!!

3 sisters trip

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. The location was honestly awesome, and just steps to the beach. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. The bedroom was big with 2 queen beds, and there were some beach chairs, some floats and a boogie board in the bedroom closet. The kitchen and bathroom are a little dated, and the living room and bedroom could be a little more organized in cable management and furniture, but the photos show exactly what you get. It was cleaned before we arrived, though there were still a few hairs in the bathroom when we arrived. We drove 13 hours to arrive within the check-in time listed of 3p-5p, but there was nobody at the front desk and check-in was via telephone (wish we had known we could have checked-in any time). This makes it a very simple check-in and check-out process. Overall, the trip was a success, and we would stay here again!

Location

Being able to walk out the door and view the ocean was amazing. The beach was great, not very crowded in that area. Pool was heated and clean. Property is a little tired, but safe. There was no drain plug or dish soap, bar soap included, but not shampoo and conditioner. Overall will definitely be back!

Fantastic location Old 17 unit condo. Clean but dated Looks exactly like the online pictures but needs more or new silverware and pots and pans and a vacuum cleaner And a new shower head Lots of hot water but old shower head I bought a new shower head and used it for our 20 day stay with a massage setting for 13.00. I took it with us but did leave this comment

North Redington Beach

Water pressure in the shower was non-existent. There were also small ants in the kitchen and bathroom even though we didn’t cook meals at the condo and cleaned up after ourselves meticulously. Other than those things, the experience was a good one. The condo was close to many restaurants and the beach front access would ultimately draw me back. The price was also appropriate and the cheapest in the area. Check in and check out was a breeze as well.

Short 2-day stay

The room was very clean and comfortable, clean furnishings. Did not like having to pre-register with two companies and then they wanted you to do it again. The building is very dated and smelled like a very old place. The numbering on the rooms was very confusing and the number 1 in 15 was missing . Very noisy group above us. I think they scooted furniture around all night. I would not return to this location due to the above issues.

On the beach

The property is somewhat dated, but it's reasonable rate somewhat compensates for the lack of up to date amenities, such as furniture, kitchen, etc. Beds were comfortable, but a bit soft. With that being said, you're right on the beach (which wasn't very crowded), which makes up for the other things. The photos are accurate in the VRBO description. If there was one thing that really needs to be done, is to add a ceiling fan in the bedroom. The A/C works fine, but the circulation in the bedroom is not very good, and a ceiling fan would help a lot.

Kitchen supplies greatly lacking--mish mash utensils and overall kitchen needs updating.

Thank goodness for the beach access to save our vacation. Cleaners ignore under furniture cleaning which I find distatsteful. Adequate bathroom supplies but kitchen is lacking. Presentation of TV area is a tangle of cables and too many remotes to deal with????? Beds were a bit uncomfortable and pillows were difficult to sleep on. I understand ocean front but windows have not been cleaned in quite some time.

We came for the beach

The property was a little dated but it was a charming condo literally 5 steps from the most beautiful baby powder sand beach. There was a nice pool. You come to the beach to spend your time outdoors not in your room. I loved that it was a relatively small condo complex. The kids had the pool all to themselves and it was really relaxing.
