The Space:
Enter the front door to the comfy living room with floor to ceiling windows leading out to the oversized balcony with direct views of Sunset Beach, Gulf of Mexico. Embrace the peace and serenity of the ocean breeze and kick back for a breathtaking view - morning, day or night; you will never not have a smile on your face once you are here!

Back inside there is a workspace desk for those working from home, projects, schoolwork, or planning out your adventure here. The dining table seats six and there is space for four more at the large breakfast bar facing the custom kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Well stocked for any aspiring chef looking to live out their wildest culinary dreams, there is plenty of prep and storage space as well as utensils, appliances (blender, microwave, drip coffee maker, etc) for your stay here.

A half bath is next to the kitchen, and nearby is another full sized bathroom with private water closet and shower/tub combo. Down the hallway you will find three more full sized bedrooms, each with TVs and ample closet space. Bedroom one has two Queen Beds, bedroom two has a King Bed along with a full sized Crib, and bedroom three has another Queen Bed. There is a full sized laundry room with washer/dryer and a prep sink for guests use.

The oversized primary suite is located on the other side of the unit, making ideal for those looking for split living space, or just some peace and quiet from the rest of the gang! Floor to ceiling windows greet you as well as access to the balcony. The spacious bathroom offers a private water closet, a large jacuzzi tub, and generous step in shower, double vanity with plenty of lighting and a larger than life custom California closet.

There is a shared non heated pool and lounge chairs for all 4 units downstairs in the common area, as well as a grill (please make sure to clean between each use), ample dining space, an gated beach access. Please make sure to rinse your feet off at the outdoor shower before entering the building again!

This unit was well thought out and we ask that our guests be respectful of the other 3 units, as some owners live here year round. Sunset Beach is a more quiet, relaxed, part of Treasure Island and offers some of the most spectacular sunsets year round. There is something for everyone - walk to Caddy’s or Kha’Tiki, Seadogs, Shrimpys, Carinos. Nearby Publix, Surf Style, Johns Pass, St Pete Beach and just a short car ride to Downtown St Pete, and 35 minutes from Tampa Int’l Airport. Wish you were here?
