This waterfront condo is in prime LOCATION! A block away from Johns pass boardwalk and RIGHT across from beach access. Our condo has everything you need including fully stocked kitchen, laundry in unit, high speed wifi, and beach equipment.

We are located on the top floor of this condo building, accessed by elevator and free parking for 1 car. You will enter the condo into a well stocked kitchen and bright living space. Relax in this beautifully decorated condo with a balcony overlooking the intracoastal water and breathtaking marina. In the living room there is a sleeper queen sofa, 2 chairs and a 55” smart TV.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with tub and shower. There is also a mounted smart TV. From the master bedroom windows, you will see beautiful views of the marina.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed with its own hall bath. There is a dresser, and smart tv mounted to the wall. You will have Gulf of Mexico in view from the second bedroom window.
In the hallway off the guest bathroom, there is a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Guests have full access to the condo with laundry in unit. Guests have access to pool, hot tub and fitness centre that is shared with other guests at Madeira Bay Resort. Beach access is directly across the street and a block from Johns pass which has many restaurants, shops and things to explore. Guests will have parking for 1 car in the parking garage on the first two floors of the building.
