This beautiful Treasure Island condo is located on the intercoastal waters of Boca Ciega Bay.Treasure Island is the nicest beach town on the Gulf coast. Quiet 14 unit complex is perfect for the relaxing getaway.Relax at the heated pool or take a ride in your boat and dock steps away from the unit. (Dock fees apply/ Off site trailer parking only).Looking for some beach, minutes away for the white sand and clean waters of Treasure Island enjoy live bands along the beach. Sleeps 4

Fish off the dock or just enjoy the dolphins and manatees as they cruise by in the backgound of the scenic bay view. Sit outside in the peaceful courtyard to enjoy evening cocktails or BBQ with a stunning view. This complex is located in a safe and desirable location. Surrounded by beautiful million dollar homes.

Everything close by including the finest seafood and all the activities you enjoy . Don't have a car, no problem. Airport pick-up as available. Also local Island Hopper and Free pick-up outside your door. (Tips only) to your local destinations.

IMPORTANT: Please check current Florida COVID-19 Positivity percents and Quarantine Requirements imposed by the state before booking a stay on VRBO. We will not issue any refund in the event of existing quarantine restrictions in place at the time of booking. Please note that in the Event of Government restrictions placed on travel and and Accommodation restrictions or Mandatory quarantine to this area due to COVID-19 after a guest has booked but before arrival,we will issue refunds for the stay. If restrictions are lifted before arrival there will be no refunds. Also any guests staying during the imposition of the restrictions are usually given 7 (normally) days from the imposition of the restriction to return to thier home state for a voluntary quarantine. No refunds will be issued unless thier stay exceeds the voluntary time slot. In that case a partial refund will be given after the voluntary 7 days or time period that the state imposes. Please check with your Government authority for your local restrictions and out of state restrictions quarantines etc. before booking a stay in our Area. If you contract COVID-19 please follow your states protocol. Any other COVID-19 issues would be referred to VRBO for review . All related matters will be taken on a case by case basis.

All you need!

Our adult kids live in the Clearwater/St. Pete area and we are always looking for a place to stay nearby when we visit. The boat slip for our boat is a bonus! We will definitely be back. Nice condo building and well kept.

Perfect little condo for one

Dan is the best host. He’s super friendly and accommodating. The condo is clean and functional. I stayed for an extended period with no problem. Neighbors are also friendly and helpful. The pool is an extra luxury to have so close to the water and the beach. I had my dog with me and we enjoyed sitting outside the pool area and watching the resident pelicans and other birds. This is a busy condo complex. While it is relaxing and the amenities can not be beat, please keep in mind it is a vacation property and it will get active and crowded with families celebrating on weekends. The Parking spot is a nightmare, but that’s not Dan’s fault. Overall five stars for host, location, cleanliness and pool!

Family Getaway for New Years

Enjoyed staying at Dans place. It was very clean right on water and the neighbors were very friendly and helpful. My daughter could not get the Cable to work and we called Dan. He was prompt in getting back to us and got us right in touch with his neighbor and he came right over and help. Great location good fishing of the dock for the kids. I would stay again and recommend to my friends and family! Thanks Michael

Condo was just as described, relaxed, casual atmosphere. Being right on the ocean was perfect, we saw Dolphins everyday, swam in the heated pool, close to everything, would love to come back

Awesome location

Easy access to all Treasure Island has offer. If you like fish you can catch your lunch or dinner from the pier on the property just bring your gear. The unit has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The beach is a five minute walk away. Watch dolphins from the pool deck.

Should have stayed somewhere else.

I feel ripped off. Upon arrival the heated pool was 66 degrees.I contacted owner who was out of town, He said he would have someone look at it.The sun only hits the pool area about an hour a day. The building blocks it. At bedtime we pulled out sofa bed, it was not made, and the mattress was covered in urine stains.Photos on request. Contacted owner again. Was told that there was a set of sheets in closet. There was only a fitted sheet and a ratty old blanket. We were very tired from the drive, so we dealt with it. My poor brother didn't sleep a wink. The mattress is very worn and uncomfortable for an adult.We got up to make breakfast but that was cut short because the skillets supplied had been abused and the non-stick coating was coming off in our eggs. So off to walmart we go. Bought an air mattress, pump, skillet and toilet paper.Bring your own TP there was only a quarter roll on spindle. Upon return we were unable to park in assigned spot because the people in another unit had a Humvee parked in the driveway and we couldn't get past it.You have to back into a narrow driveway past 3 other units,OR pull in and blind back out onto street. After breakfast we see the pool guy.He said that the power was off to the heater. And that it would probably take a couple days to get back to temp. It took 4 days because the heater is also on a timer that only runs a few hours a day. I was only able to swim 1 day because the heater shut down again.. That night we had planned to cook out on the grill provided. What a nightmare. The grill itself is nice,but there is no place to rest a plate or utensils. Also it gets dark early this time of year and there is not enough light to see.I pulled the chicken from the grill but upon inspection it was not quite done, so I decided to finish it in the oven. While pre-heating the oven started smoking and set off the smoke detector. Day 3, I go out the front door and there is a dead rat on the walk way. It remained there for the length of our stay.Photos on request. Also the chairs in unit are wicker patio furniture.Very unhappy. I wish I could post the photos to this site. There are better options in the area.

The condo was exactly as pictured. Beautiful inside and out. My granddaughter and I had a great time exploring the area! It is conveniently located for anywhere you want to go. I recommend this for anyone wanting to vacation in Florida

Had a great time fishing off the dock and loved the view of the waterway! Much more room than at any hotel. Neighbors were friendly. Overall a good value!
