Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Beachfront condo is located directly on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico! We have 2 Master Suites and a 3rd bedroom. All bedrooms have king beds. Second master has a king sized bed and a daybed.
Our condo comfortably sleeps 7 guest.
Plan to relax on the beach, play tennis or just float in our year-round heated pool.
Pool area has lounge chairs and tiki hutts. Charcoal grill on property.
We have beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys, tennis rackets and tennis balls for your use and plenty of games in the unit!
We are located close to many attractions! If you don’t want to drive, hop the trolly and take a ride up and down the island! Trolly stop is just steps away!
Eat in or dine out! We have everything needed to make your meals plus there are many great restaurants within walking distance or just a short drive!
Guest provide their own meals.
Washer and dryer in unit.
Cable TV including premium channels, telephone with free local and long distance in unit.
FREE 5G WiFI!
Pack & Play and Highchair available for use.
Parking on site! Unlike many condo’s in the area, you will have 2 parking spaces available for your stay!
NO PETS ALLOWED. NO SMOKING IN UNIT.
My husband and I have traveled extensively with and without our children! In our travels we encountered many wonderful people and have stayed in many great places! We strive to provide the utmost comfort for you and your loved ones!
Please note the pier was partially removed in 2020 due to safety issues.
If you have ANY questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
Please consider purchasing travel insurance if you are concerned about cancellations. I would encourage you to purchase trip insurance if anyone in your group has health issues.

Very nice place. All the extras that were at the condo made it so much easier on us since we flew and couldn’t take home items like dishwasher pods laundry soap trash bags etc. the pool was very clean and so was the beach.

We absolutely loved out stay! The property was well firbished and had all the supplies we needed. We also enjoyed a night playing games. Everything worked and we had a lot of beach items and chairs. The owners are so lovely and helpful, easy to communicate with. If you are looking for a place near clearwater where its quieter at the beach, not so crowded, but still so close to all the activities. This is the place to be. We stayed here for our honeymoon with a few friends and we all had a blast and wouldnt have it any other way.

I found this place on VRBO. We have family friend that has a condo near this location. The whole purchase process was easy and the owner was very communcative about the check in process. The property was perfect and spotless. It had everything we needed. We enjoyed our short stay and agreed we will be back. The only flaw was the ladybm with the leaf blower on the pool deck at the crack of dawn blowing sand and waking up the building. Who wants to sleep late when you have this beach? Totally loved it.

We loved our stay At Redington. The condo was well furnished with anything and everything you could need for a beach vacation. The elevator broke down on check in day, which made the three floor climb with bags and groceries a bit harder, but it was fixed by Saturday night without anymore issues the rest of the week. The heating element in the dryer went out, but Tracy was on top of it and found us a dryer to use just down the hall in an unoccupied condo!! She was a great communicator and went over and above to make our stay comfortable!! Thanks Tracy!! The sunsets were amazing right from our balcony!!

Family vacation, needed sunshine and warm weather

We were five adults and one child. Tracy's condo provided everything we needed and then some. Pictures are accurate. King beds in all rooms plus a single bed. TV's in all rooms. There were beach toys, chairs, beach towels etc if needed. The condo was clean and the view from the balcony was beautiful. Location was great and convenient for shopping. We had two cars no problem with parking. Close to the airport. Tracy is wonderful to work with she was always available. We felt very at home staying in this condo. We are already talking about when we are returning. Stay at Tracy's you won't regret it, Thank you again Tracy we had a wonderful time!

Great location and amenities

We loved our stay at Tracy's condo. The location was amazing- just an elevator and a few steps to either the pool or beach! The condo was well equipped, even had board games and puzzles, with beach gear aplenty and a very well stocked kitchen. We felt right at home and Tracy was very responsive to a few minor issues we encountered. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Beautiful condo - wonderful host!

This condo is absolutely beautiful and perfectly equipped with anything you could possibly need (from the kitchen and baths to the beach towels and chairs). Tracey is a fabulous host and easy to communicate with. We had no issues and if we are in this area again, we will absolutely come back to this unit!

AMAZING!

My family and I loved this condo and will definitely be back! The host was super responsive and went above and beyond to accommodate our request. The condo was beautiful and the balcony was overlooking the pool and had a front row view of the beautiful beach. I spent every morning drinking coffee on the balcony. The access to the pool and beach could not have been easier and parking was close and hassle free. This is our new "home base" in the Clearwater Beach area!

Sea Oats Unit 304

My husband and I travel to the area every few months and plan to move here within the next year or two. Therefore, we have rented many places from Clearwater to Anna Maria Island. Our experience with Tracy has been the best by far. The condo is conveniently located about halfway between Clearwater and St. Pete. It feels like home when walking in. Everything you could ever need is there. The unit was immaculate and you can tell it is well taken care of. I highly recommend this host and we will most definitely be back!

Wow. Beautiful.

This property has an amazing view.. 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms which worked great for our group. It was so clean, the kitchen was well stocked, the owner was amazing. It was wonderful and we will def go back.

Nice place for a family vacation

The prperty was clean and everything you could need was there. We had trouble getting in once we got to the property but was able to get ahold of the owner to reset our code. The AC was broken the first two days but she got someone out to fix it for the remainder of the stay. We enjoyed our vacation but we have a toddler and he got something on the couch on the couch so our $300 security deposit was kept for professional cleaning.whixh i wasn't too happy about but he did leave a stain. Overall the vacation home was nice.

Can I give extra stars? 5 Isn't enough!

This property was beyond perfect for our family vacation. This was our first beach vacation with an almost 2 year old and this condo could not have been more perfect. We had 6 adults (my husband and I + my parents + my in-laws). It was not easy to find a condo with three rooms that were all kings and no one felt like they were getting the "bad room". Everyone was comfortable and had plenty of space. Best of all there was a pack-n-play and a high chair for our little guy. Saved on the packing for sure! If that wasn't good enough, the condo was stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, a big canopy and tons of beach toys! It was so nice to have those basic things there to make us all comfortable and have plenty of shade options on the beach. The condo itself was clean and also stocked with tons of extra things that were helpful to have. The host was super friendly and provided tips and on where to go and fun things to do. It was nice to know she was just a text away, but everything was so great, we never needed to bother her. We seriously could not have asked for a better place to stay.

Very Nice Property

Very well maintained property, comfortable and clean. Unit has all the little things we usually have to buy when we vacay like pool toys for the kids, beach towels, extra tissue paper towels. Even has cooking amenities like seasonings, oils on hand, lots of electronics outlets, trailing night lights. Host is very responsive and easy to deal with. Would definitely consider booking again.

Hands down the Best!!!

Tracy had everything anyone would need. She put a lot of thought into making her guests stay perfect! Although we did not have little ones, we noticed everything for a baby & toddlers needs. Everyhting you would need for the beach too. The condo was clean and updated as well. We couldnt thank Tracy for making our stay comfortable and perfect!!

Family Vacation

It was our first visit to Redington Shores. The Condo is as big and beautiful as it appears in the pictures. Tracy the host answered all questions before our visit and since everything that you would need for a vacation was in the condo, beach supplies, kitchen needs, toiletries, etc etc, was provided we didn’t need her at all during our stay. Great location for anything you would want to do, and the laid back atmosphere was evident in the lack of traffic as well. Great condo, great vacation. We will be back.

Pure paradise

This condo had everything we needed! The three bedroom with king size beds were amazing! The balcony had beautiful sunset and beach views! We especially loved how easy it was to get to and from the condo to the beach and the pool. We will definitely come back!
