Our one bedroom, one bathroom cottage is on Gulf Blvd in Treasure Island, Florida. 300 steps, less than a 2 minute walk from the beautiful sand of Treasure Island Beach and 5 blocks from the world famous boardwalk, shopping and restaurants of John’s Pass in Madeira Beach. We are also less than 1 mile from a major pharmacy and a major grocery store.

We have a crosswalk conveniently located in front of the cottage. You can stop traffic with the push of a button to safely walk across the street toward the boardwalk pathway that leads you to the beautiful sand and water of Treasure Island Beach. One block, 1 minute walk, from the condo is a community boat ramp for boating, paddle boarding, kayaking, jet ski and other water activities. To get to John’s Pass, walk on the sidewalk and walk path that takes you over the drawbridge. The drawbridge has scenic lookout areas to enjoy the view, the breeze and the beauty of Treasure Island and John’s Pass. John’s Pass is known for shopping, restaurants, microbreweries, dessert shops, water sport rental shops, dinner cruises, pirate cruises, parasailing, fishing and much more.

We just finished a full remodel of the cottage. It has new bedding, linen, furniture and appliances. The bedroom has a comfortable KING sized bed and a large screen smart television. The living room has a new sofa, chair and large screen smart television. The kitchen is equipped with appliances, a Keurig coffee maker and all the items you need to cook. There is a small dining table and chairs. Our Wifi is secure, fast and free. We have Spectrum cable service with tons of channels as well as an ability to log onto all of your app based subscriptions. The bathroom shower is low profile for ease of use and safety. Our one story building means there are no stairs or elevators to navigate. Parking in beach towns can be tough, but not if you stay at our place. While staying at our cottage, you get the use of one private off street parking spot located at the cottage.

Our place is built with comfort, safety and relaxation in mind. Don’t worry about a key, our place is equipped with a touch screen lock for added security and convenience. We will even let you pick your own code. We have your beach chairs and towels here waiting for you. Book now!
