Modern Waterfront Paradise Pool & Hot Tub

Welcome to modern paradise!
If you are looking for something centrally located and close to all the beaches in St Petersburg then you’ve found paradise!. We have many amenities including a large hot tub, outdoor kitchen, the only pool in St Pete with a built-in picnic table so you can play cards, eat or drink while you’re in the pool, gas BBQ grill and high-speed internet supporting streaming movies and live TV selections and a large dock great for finishing, watching dolphins or amazing sunsets. Located directly on the Boca Ciega Bay with Western Views.

Our Comfy and Airy Room sports modern yet very comfortable full closets, wifi TVs (no cable) , ceiling fan, alarm clock with USB charging station, and luggage racks. The bedrooms are right next to your private bathroom with 2 sinks, full walk-in marble shower.

The backyard has amazing views of Downtown Gulfport and Boca Ciega Bay. Enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sunset or on a cool night fire up the fire pit and make smores. Lets us know if you plan to use the secluded hot tub under palm trees so we can either turn it up or down for you.

Professional chef-grade indoor kitchen with tons of cool kitchen gadgets. 24" electric griddle, 6 burner induction stove, 2 burners electric stove, 2 dishwashers, double ovens, and a built-in, press button professional coffee maker. Help yourself to a latte, espresso, or a regular cup of coffee just like Starbucks.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.

1: Pool Services is scheduled on Thursdays morning before noon. He has
access to the backyard via a side entrance.
2: Landscaping services are scheduled on Tuesdays
3: Pest Control services is scheduled monthly, he will need access to the house
however, we do our best to schedule him in between check-ins
4: The Boatlift in the backyard is rented to a personal friend of mine. So the
DOCK area is actually a shared space so he can have access to
the boat. He and his friends would use the side entrance to the
backyard to gain access to the boat.
5: The advertised Base Rate shown by VRBO is for upto 4 people, and use of 2
bedrooms. For additional guest in your party, the rate is $125.00 pp, per night and
would have access to the additional bedroom.

Spectacular waterfront property!

Beautiful home with amazing views

We had the best family trip and enjoyed all this property had to offer! Very relaxing setting with outdoor pool and various sitting areas to take in all the views of the water, boats, & dolphins passing by daily! The home was well appointed with a large kitchen and all the cooking essentials you could need! Don was a wonderful host and was there to help if we needed anything or had any questions. A quick drive to the beach & other nearby attractions!

Excellent Place

We loved it. Excellent place to take couple days and disconnect from the rest of the world. Amazing and Over the top experience. Communication with the owner was also great. Definitely we will be back by next summer.

Simply Beautiful!

What a great house to spend your vacation in! Spectacular views, private pool with waterfall, beautiful furnishings, state of the art kitchen with EVERYTHING you could ever need, great community, convenient location, and a host that was most accommodating! Need I say more? The only negative was that my husband and I eventually had to leave & come back home. ;-) Thank you Dan!

Great spot for family gatherings or small groups.

The layout of the house was perfect and had a large outdoor space for our using during stay. The pool has built in tables that were a hit. The pictures do not do the space justice. Only issue I had was use of some of the technology in the house but nothing I really needed. Dan was a great host, he reached out before my trip as well as day of check in to ensure we had no questions and everything was as needed.

Great house

We had a wonderful time in St. Pete's at this property. The house was very clean and had everything you needed! My kids had a great time in the beautiful pool. If you like to cook, the kitchen is spectacular and their custom coffee machine brews delicious drinks! Dan was a great property owner; his communication was dependable and his recommendations for area restaurants were spot on! I highly recommend renting this property!

Fourth of July Escape

Really enjoyed the property and the communications with property owner ensured a smooth check in and stay. House was very clean with awesome kitchen and cooking options (indoor/outdoor). My son really enjoyed the fishing. Caught snapper, Jack crevalle, and many other fish off the dock. Pool/hot tub were also nice. Also the first time we had a card game in the pool (with waterproof cards). Another benefit was the ability to watch fireworks from St. Beach in the distance. Thanks Dan! We enjoyed the stay.

Awesome location with plenty of amenities.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Dan’s property. The kitchen was fully stocked and the pool on the water was a treat for us to enjoy. We saw dolphins and manatees. It was truly an experience of a lifetime.

Great place to relax ~ amazing view!

Very beautiful home on the water. We spent most of our time outdoors either in the pool, in the hot tub, or by the fire pit. We also enjoyed our meals at the tables outdoors. Sat on the deck each night to watch the sunset over the water. Amazing views! Host was very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing!

What an amazing experience! The house was better than advertised, the pictures don’t do it justice at all and the pictures are great. The entire process from booking to check out was seamless. Dan, the owner was fantastic. He was responsive and attentive, exactly the way a host should be. The house is right on the water with a fantastic pool and picturesque views. We’re already planning our next trip back!

Loved the stay here on our weekend getaway to visit our college student in the St Pete area. Dan, the property contact, was extremely helpful and attentive to any texts/calls for any needed items/info. We will look this place up again for sure!

We enjoyed our stay. The home is15 min away from St Petersburg beaches. Nice view of the water, pool is not heated & fountain to pool not running. Bed was very comfortable. Dan the home owner is very responsive to questions.

Can't beat the view!

We had a relaxing stay at this house! Can't say enough about the outdoor living space! Lots of space to enjoy the outdoors. Something for everyone - my son swam in the pool while my daughter did artwork at the table outside. I read my book on the outdoor couch while hubby went in hot tub. Beautiful views! Loved watching the dolphin swim by. Close to the beach. We will be back.
