Wonderful Wave #1 Stay

The Wave #1 Place was a very spacious and comfortable place to stay for us! The bedrooms and Family area were huge and even better than pictures posted with the advertisement!!! Would definitely recommend and stay again if we were in St. Petersburg again!

Lovely stay

About a block and half away from the beach, loved having the pool right outside our back door. Complex and room was well maintained. Thank you for a lovely stay, a great home away from home for a week.

October 5 night stay

I stayed here with 6 adults and two children under the age of 2. It was perfect for us and met all of our needs. We also though the location was very convenient and liked how quiet the property was.

This unit is in a great location. Can walk to many bars and restaurants. The property management was always available whenever we needed them.

It was an amazing condo with a nice walk to the beach. We had a lot of fun. The pool was refreshing we liked that we could walk to the beach, a place for breakfest and Shells restaurant for a nice diner. It was a quiet family friendly enviroment with a lot to do in walking distance, highly recommended. We will definitley be back next summer!!

Rescheduled Vacay

We schoose St Petes Beach after having to reschedule a vacation to Belize due to a passport issue. We found this condo to check all of our vacation boxes.. walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Having a pool onsite was key. The condo was clean and large, amd the complex was well kept. Wish there had been in-unit laundry cause the complex wash room was out of service, but that didn't keep us from enjoying our stay. We'll surely be back to explore the beach town more.

A few suggestions would be a new tv in the living room, a new carpet in the living room because it’s quite dirty and maybe more forks, knives and spoons. Nice condo

We flew in for a concert in Tampa but also wanted to enjoy the beach. Pre-arrival communication was very good. Condo was as described and had beach towels, a couple of chairs and even a canopy. My biggest issue was a musty smell from the air conditioning. No evidence of any mold could be seen in the condo. Parking spot is tight on the neighbor fence.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Waves 1 was the perfect landing spot for our vacation to St. Pete Beach! The unit was clean, spacious and up to date. Having the large patio that connected directly to the pool was an added bonus. The other Waves guest were very welcoming around the pool, yet we were never disturbed at night. You can't beat the location! A block from the beach (make sure to stop by Paradise Grille to catch the sunset) and walking distance to all our favorite shops/restaurants. My wife and I have been visiting St. Pete Beach for about 10 years now (a few times a year) and this is one of the best places we've stayed at!

Lots of problems

Problems with bathroom , had no bathroom or water for a day and then they moved us to a smaller place with not enough beds for everyone ! Very disappointed

Great location, short walk to beach, pool is very nice.

Overall, we had a good experience. I did have concerns about some of the cleanliness. There was mouse droppings in the cupboards, which were not very clean. My daughters bed had sand in it the first night, and we could tell that the bedding had not been thoroughly and the entire Place needs a deep cleaning. We were there from Saturday through Sunday morning and there was only enough dishwasher soap and toilet paper to last two or three days. It would be nice if it was a little more stocked.
