You can enjoy million $ sunsets from nearly 1100 sq. Ft. Open floor plan 1 bedroom apartment with private entrance located in private home on quiet dead end street in quaint Crystal Beach, Florida, Pinellas County. Located just 45 minutes from Tampa international airport and 25 minutes from Clearwater Beach.
Some great features are:
50’ pool, outdoor hot tub, 50 ‘+ private deck, dock (for fishing or docking rental boat/ rental jet ski), outdoor gas grill, 2 bikes, 2 kayaks and 1 paddle board free for your use.
At just 2 blocks from scenic Pinellas trail (http://pinellascounty.org/trailgd), you can jog, walk, bike or blade the length of Pinellas county. Air conditioned, free internet.

Beaches, golf courses, shopping, movies, restaurants, Diving & fishing guides, boat & jet ski rentals all within 15 minutes.

Sports your thing? We have plenty: major league football(Bucs), Hockey(2020 Stanley cup champions the Lightning!), Baseball(Rays) as well as spring training stadiums for many baseball teams.

Nature lover? Dolphins, rays, manatee, osprey, otters, owls and bunnies frequent our back yard!

Museums, zoos and theme parks such as Busch gardens(45 min), Disney, Epcot & SeaWorld(1 hr 45 min) are nearby.

Food, food, food! All types of restuarants & Bars are located as close as 1 mile away. From Breakfast to late night snacks with all types of cuisines such as Greek, Sushi, Thai, Italian, Seafood and Mexican.

Shopping plaza with groceries, Liquor, Hair & Nail salons are also within a mile. Malls are only 20 minutes away.

Weekly cleaning services and personal chef services(including customized cooking classes) are also available onsite. Disinfection & Steam cleaning performed on all touchable surfaces.

We had a great time ringing in the New Year at Eileen and Tom's place. The place was perfect for our little getaway and couldn't of picked a better location. This was our first time staying at Crystal Beach but would be our last. What a great little town on the gulf. Eileen and Tom had great recommendations for us and their guide book was incredible. All I can say is we can't wait to rent their place again and we highly recommend to anyone looking for a place on the gulf and within minutes to surrounding attractions. A little disappoint that we never got to use the kayaks that were there for us, but the bike ride on nearby trail was awesome.

Beautiful apartment

Eileen and Tom were excellent hosts. I was amazed at the attention to detail in the "welcome" book. I know that took a long time. All the restaurant recommendations were spot on. And I love that the switches were all labeled! You couldn't ask for a more relaxed and quiet place.

Breath taking sunset

The Million Gulf front is exactly as described. Fantastic sunsets on the St. Joseph sound, with herons at low tidewho patiently wait for their meal. We saw, from the dock and the terrace, several dolphins and some manatees.The fish are very active and put on a show throughout the day... The apartment is complete and comfortable.The terrace is huge and becomes a bird and aquatic wild life observation station, for coffee and aperitif.The surrounding beaches are superb. Sunset Beach was our favorite.The Pinellas Trail bike path is right next door. The northern portion of this trail to Wall Spring Park is very pleasant for walking and jogging.For fishing enthusiasts, it's paradise. Directly from the dock or to the beaches of Honeymoon Island, Fred Howard and Clearwater and others.To top it all a 50 ' pool and a outdoor hot tub.Our hosts were kind, available and efficient.I highly recommend it.

Slice of Paradise!

This property is beautiful. Best view you’ll ever find, brand new walk in shower, huge deck, great pool and hot tub, plenty of pots and pans and dishes. The hosts are exceptional and easy to work with. The bike path is very close and we used it extensively. Plenty of places to eat nearby. A few of our favorites were The Rusty Belly and Ozona Blue.

Budget friendly accommodation

I give this 5 stars for what it is. It’s an open one bedroom apartment with kitchenette. Very spacious, with wide open views over the water, a perfect spot to catch sunsets! It has a private entrance above the owner’s home. They make available the shared amenities, such as kayaks, bikes, pool, hot tub, grill and laundry, which we didn’t use during our stay other than one of the bikes. The owners were friendly, helpful and kept to themselves, but by nature of the arrangement, it isn’t a totally private rental property. I point this all out to qualify my 5 stars. For the price and for this type of shared property, which we have rented elsewhere before, I give it five stars. Clean, welcoming, attractive and a great location! The only thing we found lacking was the comfort of the furniture. Maybe we’re just getting old!

Great stay, right on the water!

This place was a great find! As advertised, we definitely took in some million dollar sunset views. We had everything we needed, and Tom & Eileen were excellent hosts and just great people in general. The property is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood and is very easy to find. There are plenty of amenities like a pool, kayaks, and bikes. We really enjoyed our stay and took full advantage of Tom & Eileen’s beach recommendations. We also loved the selection of restaurants in the area, from Palm Harbor, down to Clearwater and St. Petersburg!

A Slice of Heaven

The property was absolutely amazing!! We enjoyed sitting on the dock watching dolphins & manatee along with several different kinds of birds. The private pool and hot tub were very nice! The kayaks and bikes were a great addition. We rode bikes daily and enjoyed the beautiful neighborhood. Definitley visit Honeymoon Island and ferry to Caladesi Island where you can enjoy the most beautiful water, dolphins, shells & sand dollars. We enjoyed many of the local restaurants including Frenchy’s and Rusty Bellies being our favorite (fried and grilled shrimp, blackened grouper, Mahi Mahi, and you have to try their belly banger shrimp and corn casserole. We rode the bikes from The house to Dairy Rich for ice cream a couple times. The sunsets and moon views from the balcony were beautiful. The host thought of everything!! Very private, relaxing trip! We DEFINITELY recommend!!!!

Amazing

Tom and Eileen have an amazing place and you couldn't ask for better hosts. We were accompanied early on to tour the property and from then on out we had an amazing stay! Great location, great home, stunning views and quiet. The place was well manicured and felt like a home away from home. These two knocked it out of the park!!

A slice of paradise!

We loved our stay! You can’t beat the view or location. The hosts are wonderful people who made everything easy; from check-in, getting kayaks ready, laundry, information on restaurants and locations to visit, questions answered and easy check-out. We used the grill multiple times, swam in the beautiful pool and had our morning coffee on the deck as often as possible. The bike trail is two blocks away and we used it often. We loved it so much, we already booked for next year. Can’t wait to get back!

Wonderful! Wonderful!

Had a wonderful 2 week stay. Hosts were very friendly & cooperative. Any small problems were dealt with immediately. Super hosts. Place was exactly as advertised. Very clean. Really enjoyed the wildlife outside our doorstep. Bikes & kayaks were an added bonus. Fresh veggies from the garden were appreciated. Will return again next year.

Serene Retreat with Breathtaking Views

This was our third stay with our wonderful hosts. We are addicted, entrapped, entranced? By the million dollar view, the birds, the tides, our gracious hospitable hosts, the charm and comfort of the apartment….. and finally the community of Crystal Beach. We walked the shore neighborhoods and cycled the Pinellas Trail (barely a block away) every single day. We finally ferried over to Caladesi Island on a warm day, hit the Dunedin Saturday market, and consumed all the seafood Tarpon, Palm Harbor and Ozona had on offer. We are already anticipating our return to the Morris paradise next year!

Gorgeous Sunsets and Peaceful Location

This property is the whole package - amazing views & sunsets, peaceful, quiet, and great location. There is a beautiful pool along with use of kayaks, bikes, and a hot tub. We loved watching all the birds and also saw dolphins swim around pier. The Pinellas Trail is about a block away which gave us quick access to bike to many scenic spots, parks and restaurants nearby. Tom & Eileen were wonderful hosts, very responsive, and made sure the unit had everything for a comfortable stay. The unit was very clean and everything well maintained. It was a wonderful stay and highly recommend!

Beautiful quiet location, great hosts

This property is truly a gem. On the gulf, with a pool and hot tub. The hosts supply you with 2 kayaks, 2 bikes, and a SUP. There are plenty of interesting places to visit on the water and the Pinellas bike trail is a short 2 minute ride away thru a quiet subdivision. The apartment is spacious, clean and has everything you need including a great outdoor deck with seating where we enjoyed amazing sunsets and ate our meals at the property. Your hosts Eileen and Tom are wonderful people. Very responsive and full of useful information about local sites to visit, restaurants, and history. Hopefully you'll enjoy the same great weather we had at the end of January at this little slice of paradise.

Sunset Junkie Heaven

We love a view, we love sunsets, we love peace and quiet. There is not a room in this eyrie that does not look over the Gulf to Honeymoon Island and beyond. The Pinellas trail is only a block or two away and our hosts provided bikes and helmets. Cant say enough about how much we enjoy the second floor apartment and full length deck over a gorgeous LONG pool. Recommend enthusiastically.

Tranquillité et nature sont au rendez-vous ❤️

Notre séjour d’un mois nous a permis de décrocher et de se reposer. La nature est présente et magnifique. Les couchers de soleil, les couchers de lune, les dauphins, les oiseaux, les poissons qui sautent!!!!! C’est carrément génial! Le voisinage est très accueillant. Thanksgiving in paradise!
