Wonderful time in Madeira Beach

We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back. The condo was nice and clean and even had some beach items available. The area was very safe (I would allow my teens to explore on their own) the beach was beautiful and easy to access. We’ve never seen the sunset from the beach..it was amazing. There are plenty of activities and restaurants within walking distance. The street to cross for beach access was very safe, drivers always stopped even before we pushed the walk button. We took a fishing trip from St John’s pass (which we walked to) and my son loved the arcade at St John’s pass. Check in was super easy.

Amazing Views and Beautiful Condo

The condo was beautiful, clean and only steps from the beach. The views were amazing, and we really enjoyed walking over to John's Pass Village. Will be back to this place.

Great place and location

The location was a killer, perfect place to stay close access to restaurants and the beach. The apartment was lacking a few essential items that were listed as included but we purchased it as needed.

Great Stay!

The condo was very clean, super convenient and comfortable. Everything was nearby; shopping, restaurants and the beach. I left an important item in the unit and they located it and mailed to me express! They were excellent to work with, we will be back!

Location 10/10

The condo was clean, quiet, had everything we needed and the location was absolutely perfect. We could see a peek of the ocean from our balcony. I spent hours out there people watching. The crosswalk to the beach is right in front of the condo. John’s pass is a 1 minute walk and the Mexican restaurant next door had great food, amazing service and music. I will definitely be booking this property again. Nothing could have made it better.

Madeira Beach condo

The condo was very clean, great for four adults, perfect location( steps from the beach and John’s Pass) and a place we would definitely rent from again in the future. One comment is to be sure to update the photos on VRBO because we almost didn’t rent this unit due to the bed in the second bedroom. The one pictured is a hide-bed/sleeper couch type bed but the actual bed is much nicer, thank goodness. It was beautifully decorated and we can’t wait to come back again! Also, for those traveling in two cars, we highly recommend parking the second car at John’s Pass garage and not across the street Big difference in price Garage was $30 for overnight parking

Relaxing!

It was nice and clean. Pool was close though due to construction. That was a bummer. But they had everything there to use. For the kitchen and the beach. It was a quiet area and walking distance to everything. Awesome area. 👍

July fourth stay

Excellent location! Across from Madeira Beach, 2 block walk to John’s pass, was able to walk to the bridge to watch the fireworks!! The balcony is perfect to drink morning coffee and see the morning scene! I had to email to possibly stay longer due to change in flight and was called with in just a few hours! Excellent stay will definitely be back!! If I had to make a suggestion I would say baskets or hampers for dirty clothes during the stay because this location does have its own washer and dryer!

Review

The unit was decorated very nicely. Unit was clean other than floors. Bathrooms were very clean. Kitchen was clean. Someone before us stayed with a pet and there was pet hair on couch. Wish it had been pet free. Overall we were happy.

Unit 1304

A beautiful unit that faces the gulf! From the balcony, you can watch the sunset and other activity in the area. This condo is extremly clean and accomodated the 6 of us in our family. Areas of needed inprovement include a much needed new mattress for the couch pullout (current one is not comfortable for 2 adults to lay on) and more utensils and kitchen items to accommodate 6 people. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Clean condo, hallways smelled like pot

The condo is very clean. We have small children so the condo was not able to offer a pack n’ play, high chair etc so we had to rent those. The condo supplied most of the other essential items. The size of the second bedroom was small but it was perfect for a child. My issue is more about the broader property & community than the condo itself. The pool was more like a bathtub in a marina. Very small and too claustrophobic when there are a lot of people. The hallways stunk like pot, most days. it was disgusting. Furthermore, for my children to have to walk through that day to day was concerning. The main “check-in” office is in the next building which isn’t convenient. The elevators are very slow. Street is very busy so if you have little ones beware. Overall it is a nice clean condo but I wouldn’t recommend for a family with small children, not really family friendly.

Beach Vacation with Grandma

I rented the property for myself, my son, his wife and their 2 children, ages 5 and 10. We enjoyed the unit with its balcony and beautiful views. Kitchen was clean and well supplied with cookware utensils,etc.. The only negatives were crossing the busy street and parking a second car.

A calm and soothing retreat in John's Pass village

This condo unit at Madeira Bay resort was impeccably decorated, well-appointed with towels and sundries. Every evening, I walked just across the street to the beach to view the beautiful sunset. And each day my dog and I had the good fortune to meet wonderful people in a village that resonated with friendliness and fun. Lots of activities if one wished to engage in sailing, fishing, snorkelling, kayaking, or cycling. Never a dull moment, and always loved return to the calm colours of this very lovely suite. I will return with my family soon.

2022 vacation

Property was ok, would of been better if more essential items where available. Extra towels, trash bags, dishwasher detergent. Seconds “bedroom” was more like a closet with uncomfortable bed. Definitely had better experience renting properties owned by individuals and not these big resort companies that loose the family feel.
