Unit is over 1,824 sq.ft. and features a 70" Smart TV w/
DVD in the living room, 42" Smart TV in the Master Suite (and a 3rd
and 4th TV in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms), 10 Ft. ceilings, corian
counters, NEW Stainless appliances and equipped gourmet kitchen with
breakfast bar w/ stools, full size washer/dryer, king sized adjustable bed in spacious
master suite with luxury master bath with double sinks, soaking tub,
huge walk-in shower, walk-in closet and walk-out to balcony over
beautiful Clearwater Bay! Second bedroom has a queen sized bed, desk and

Great locations and views!

This was our 2nd time staying at Harborview Grande but our 1st in this unit. We liked this unit better than our previous one because of how clean it was! We traveled with our 3 and 5 year old boys and there was more than enough space for our family. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching dolphins and boats. We were thankful for the wagon and chairs provided in the unit that makes for an easy beach day. Location is perfect for walking to a variety of restaurants and even putt putt. We went across the street for nightly sunsets. I always bring travel blackout shades for bedrooms and they were needed as the building has bright red lights in the breezeways. Come prepared and it’s not an issue!Finally the boys would have lived at the pool if we had let them. Great views from pool as well and we saw lots of dolphins from here! We had a wonderful week as a family and would definitely stay here again!!

Nice large condo with 3 bedrooms and very nice kitchen. Great view of lagoon. Quiet and relaxing. Kitchen stocked so cooking was easy. They had towels and linens and great wifi.

Wonderful place to vacation!

Beautiful condo in a great location. The owners checked on us regularly and always responded quickly to any inquiry we had. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. We had a great time and would absolutely stay here again.

Clearwater trip

Property was just as described! Owners have lots of extras such as beach chairs, umbrellas, and a wagon that was very useful for our stay! Lots of kitchen items we used, laundry soap, ziploc bags, and much more. Highly recommend!!

Great location and view

Highly recommend - Loved the view and the location! Three bedrooms were a great set up for me, my mom, daughter and her friend (all adults) to stay very comfortably. Super clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable and towels were big and fluffy. Could walk to many restaurants and the beach in 10 minutes. Visited the ice cream shop across the street several times! Would definitely stay here again!

Great Condo in Clearwater!

We had a great week. The condo was big, comfortable and in a prime location. We really loved the deck overlooking the bay where we enjoyed coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening! The condo os stocked with all necessities and the hosts are extremely responsive!

Sarah's 40th Birthday Celebration

We are so glad we chose this beautiful condo for the beach stay portion of our daughter's 40th Birthday Celebration. It is spacious- within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and bars it was just perfect! Laurie is a most responsive host from answering questions prior to reserving the property to the occasional query while we were her guests. Highly Recommend!

Wonderful vacation

Stayed at this unit. Everything was great and location was wonderful. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms were on the smaller side but still fine. The TV's were a little confusing to use, but Russ and Laurie called us right away to help fix the situation. Would definitely rent again! They had all the necessities although I do wish they had a few more hooks to hang our towels and washcloths.

Great family vacay

We had a great family vacation. The condo was in a great location and within walking distance to lots of restaurants and activities. We loved sitting out on the Porch overlooking the water - just beautiful. The beach was a short walk which was also great. We liked that there was a wagon, umbrella, chairs and boogie boards provided for a day at the beach. We bought an extra boogie board, but it wouldn’t fit in our luggage, so we left it for the next visitor to enjoy. The owner was very attentive and timely answering any of our questions about the property. She was going to even let us check in early due to a flight change. We made some great family memories. Thanks again!

Beautiful piece of paradise

When looking for a place to rent I was adamant on 2 things: the view & a baby crib! I got both of those and more with this lovely condo. The owners were great to communicate with. The check in process was totally self sufficient and easy. The mattresses and bedding was super comfy, good water pressure in the unit, great furniture & tvs and a lovely dining set on the balcony! The unit was so quiet - I couldn’t believe it! Having stayed in Clearwater for many years I have come to always expect the noise level but this was a dream! My only cons would really be that there are not black out curtains on the windows in the bedroom. However, if you don’t sleep with black out curtains this would not be an adjustment for you. Secondly, the pool area is quite small and only holds about 8-10 lounge chairs for the entire condo but is maintained very nicely. All in all, a lovely place to stay! You’d be happy here for sure.

When can we go back!!!

The condo was absolutely amazing location!! We rented a car, but barley needed to use it, everything is within a mile! Many adventures out of the marine, amazing white sand beach, tons of restaurants to choose from, gas station and convenience store, even mini golf. Was a perfect location for our honeymoon, the condo was very well setup with supplies for all your needs, going home with all clean laundry was a wonderful experience. We are already talking about scheduled a family trip here next year.

Peaceful Property on the Bay

Large condo with a lovely view of the Bay in the center of Clearwater. Enjoyed the view & did see some dolphins even though we stayed at a chillier time of the year. Our only issue because we are seniors, was the bathroom not being connected to the secondary queen bedroom but this would be great for a family.
