The space
The condo is in building 3, is 980 square feet, was built in 2001, and directly faces the water. Air conditioning unit replaced in 2024. All tile floors except one bedroom which has carpet. Both bedrooms face the water. Closet space is a large walk in closet off of the bathroom. The bathroom is long, has two sinks and a full size tub/shower. Towels and sheets are included. The kitchen has plenty of storage and is fully equipped dishes, coffee maker, toaster, silverware, pot/pans etc. There is a dining area off of the kitchen. A 75" tv in the living room and a 50" in the main bedroom. Both are Samsung. The balcony is accessible through sliding doors from the LR and directly faces the water. Most units in Grand Venezia do not have a balcony and those that do generally do not face the water. A great spot to relax, have coffee and watch for activity from dolphins, manatees, jumping fish, birds, and boats.
