Management was kind, apologetic, and quick to act, which is the only reason we didn’t leave for a hotel on arrival. But the unit wasn’t guest-ready.ARRIVAL: wrong parking space (took days to sort out), wrong key for the gym building (still unresolved), broken glass bulbs on the balcony lights, dead bugs under all the furniture, a large wasp nest (it was rebuilt, and the balcony was unusable for a weekend), TV remotes ruined by battery acid, and a strong men’s cologne smell on all linens that took multiple washes to remove.LISTING DISCREPANCIES: the complex and pool photos aren’t this unit or the pool you can use. The 2nd bedroom had a giant desk/full shelves, no chair, and one bed not two (listing since updated). Furniture and paint differ from the photos.LINENS: hard foam pillows (we bought our own), grey scratchy towels, mismatched sheets, and a stained twin mattress. The washer ate a sheet and a personal item; management replaced our item and bought us laundry bags.KNOW BEFORE YOU GO: SunPass/Plate scan fees each entry; each person needs a pool lanyard; you can use only one pool and nothing says which; 7'4" parking clearance; limited guest parking; pack your own pillows; Instacart offers Sprouts & Publix, but Whole Foods won’t.WHY I REBOOKED: the monthly rate fits my budget, we’ve worked around the issues, and I love waking up to the birds on the water. Great team; the unit just needs a refresh and an accurate listing.
