JOHNS PASS "Studio 4" Fisherman's Cove & Cottages

Waterfront view - Studio 4 - Newley Renovated . No expense spared. Quality Linens, Smart Television, Quality Oversized Leather reclining love seat, Custom hybrid queen bed, full kitchen. Very comfortable for 2. If you have a larger family Studio 4 and 3 can be rented together and have an adjoining door to accommodate 4. This property is situated on a quite water front cove where 4 commercial fishing boats dock. If you get lucky enough you may run into the captain and crew either before or after their trip docking their vessel. Just under 150 steps to Village Blvd. in the heart of Johns Pass historic fishing village. Johns Pass offers Shopping, restaurants, water sports, tiki boat tours, bars and Fish Famous Wild Seafood Market at Dons Dock. Come watch a commercial fishing boat unload their catch on the boardwalk above Dons Dock. Or take a quick 5-to-7-minute walk down the boardwalk to our beautiful sandy beach for a day of fun in the sun or to wind down and watch one of our stunning sunsets.

Please bring all personal hygiene products. We will only supply paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap and hand soap.

We have Two Nautica Back Pack 5 position lay back beach chairs in the unit under the bed. We have beach towels but they are just basic beach towels like you see at a hotel. If you want the really large beach towels I would recommend bringing.

No Smoking - If you smoke we will charge a $250 Cleaning Fee

Boat slips not available.

John Pass Getaway

The unit was wonderful! Awesome organization and set up of a small space and nicely decorated. The queen bed was comfortable and there is ample storage space. Perfect for couples. It's located on the water and the view is very nice. You can walk to Johns Pass main street and boardwalk. There are many water activities within a short walk, and we enjoyed an awesome tour to Shell Key with dolphin and manatee sightings, and a great beach for swimming and shelling with Hubbard's Marina. Highly recommend staying here!

Amazing

Fisherman's Cove was amazing. Quiet, relaxing and super clean. Studio 4 was beautiful and high end touches were carefully thought out from the appliances, furniture bedding and bathroom. I can't say enough about how much I enjoyed my stay. I definitely will return and recommend. As a fellow VRBO owner of a beach home on the East Coast of Florida, 5 stars are not enough! Thank you Vicky for your prompt responses and kindness. See you again!

Annual fishing weekend

I’ve always stayed in a condo before overlooking the bridge and the pass. I really enjoyed the quietness of the space and I like the uniqueness of being able to sit on the patio and watch the animal life out in the waters. Everybody else that was checked into the space was wonderful to visit with as well. I was walking distance to anything I needed.

Cozy and close to beach

Great cozy accommodation only 3 blocks from beachfront. Beautiful view out back and patio for relaxing. Grateful for the Keurig and coffee (wish I had brought travel sized creamer), plus fridge space to store leftovers from meals in the many restaurants on the boardwalk. Attentive host and excellent communication for making the most of our spring break stay. Would choose this site again.

Great spot to stay

This was our second visit. The central location between St. Pete and Clearwater is great. John's Pass is only steps away for shopping and entertainment. The hosts are always responsive and keep the property beautiful.

Perfect area for us to try a new part of Florida.

Our host Vicky made this process so simple. Everything from the description of this place, the photos and other positive comments were right on. The property was clean, well maintained and had everything we needed. This location was perfect for my husband and I. Lots of fun things to do (including the beach), great restaurants and shopping, all within walking distance Nice lil spot for fishing or dolphin watching out back. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Would definitely stay here again!

Our room was even better than expected. Newly renovated since the hurricane and the contractor did qualify work. Vicky is easy to get a hold of and is very helpful. This was our first time using Vrbo. Location is great too!

Beautiful weekend

Just needed a weekend getaway with my husband. Vicky upgraded us to the cottage. It was beautiful, a sweet home feeling. Everyt was new. This area was hit by the hurricane and I'm all about supporting your locals. Location was perfect, we will definitely be returning.

Great place to stay!

The property was exactly as pictured, newly renovated, very clean and very comfortable for two. They efficiently used every inch of space and there was plenty of storage for our clothes, etc. In close walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and beach. Would highly recommend.

The perfect stay!

Vicky, the host, is amazing. She is great at sending out all the information you will need the day before you arrive. She is available if you have any questions during your stay. The property is very clean and well maintained. You are on the water. Dolphins love to visit at sunrise and sunset. George, the Great Egret, will pop in to say hi from time to time. The location is perfect for walking to John’s Pass. There are several food options, shopping opportunities, and live music. You can walk to the beach, grab a boat ride, or dolphin watch from the boardwalk and under the bridge. There is a Publix near by if you need groceries. The Tampa Bay Rays have an indoor stadium if you like baseball and are looking for something to do during a rainy day. A Lyft is around $20-$24 each way if you don’t want to drive. If you are looking to escape and relax this is the perfect place. The pictures don’t do it justice. Be sure you catch a sunrise and a sunset. The pictures will turn out so good with the boats docked in front of the rental. We utilized the outdoor seating the entire trip. We were fortunate to have great neighbors also renting from Vicky. We enjoyed chatting with them. BOOK THIS PROPERTY! You will not be disappointed.
