Holiday Villas II 415 - Standard GULF FRONT Condo!

This is a standard Two Bedroom, Two Bath condo located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. The balcony of This unit is Gulf Front with amazing views of the sunsets! The master bedroom has a Queen. The second bedroom has two Doubles and there is an extra bed as a double Sleeper Sofa in the living room. The complex has charcoal BBQ grills to use and a large heated swimming pool. The pool is on the East side of the building so you get sun earlier in the day than many complexes. There is a secure elevator and stairwells on each end of the building as well. FREE secure Wi-Fi in the condo along with FREE long distance to US and Canada. No Smoking. No Pets. Remember to ask your rental manager about unlimited FREE DVD's and weekday bicycle use.

Christmas 2024

I was here for the week of Christmas. The condo was great, a very smooth experience. The after hours service was very responsive to a problem I created.The unit itself was very functional and easy to use. The furniture was was dated and a little rough but it was totally clean and functional.I liked the location. Very centralized to both Clearwater and St Pete. The beach had recovered nicely from the hurricanes. Although there was still recovery efforts in progress the beach was good to go!

Absolutely beautiful!

This is the 3rd visit for my family and I to Holiday Villas and we absolutely love it. The location and the views are amazing. The units we have stayed in are always so clean. We are sad every time we have to leave and can't wait to come back next year.

Ok but outdated

Staff was very nice and friendly. Beach rentals we not in the best of shape but did the job. Rental itself needs updated. Master bath exhaust made a horrible sound so we did not use it. Trash bags supplied were thinner than paper causing tears. All in all, it was an ok remtal

Great beach location!

We had a great time in Indian Shores. The condo is located right on the beach and has a beautiful view. Both bathrooms are updated and the kitchen was nice as well. But the carpet is dark brown, not beige as it appeared in the photos. It could use some updated furniture but we were very comfortable overall.

Last getaway of summer

The property is located in a great area with access to many restaurant and convenience stores. We enjoyed the pizza place right across the street for lunch, Original Pizza. There are many codes/keys to maneuver the condo complex- we took a picture with our phone of the info to help us, but there were several elderly guests staying at the property that struggled with this. There is not a washer/dryer in the unit- there is one available on the floor for a fee. I wish that the condo would’ve come with beach towels, salt/pepper, and some sort of mini shampoo/conditioner/shower gel; all that was provided was a small bar of soap for each shower. The balcony was beautiful and spacious and the views were second to none- a ceiling fan out there would’ve been nice, as the weather was very warm. There was a nice variety of beach chairs, umbrellas and sand toys in the unit, although several of the items were ripped and unusable. All in all, I would recommend the place for the price. The beach, balcony and location are what we came for and those all exceeded expectations!

Great getaway

Overall good. Water pressure was low but that may have more to do with the overall complex. The furniture in the condo was older with the exception of the living room. Could use some updating but again overall great stay.

Disappointed in the furnishings

Please update furnishings. Get rid of the extra furniture hidden in closet. Since when do dining chairs belong at a kitchen bar and they didn’t even Arch the other furniture.

BEAUTIFUL VIEW!

This property was beautiful! The living room and kitchen are much larger than the picture make it seem. I was hesitant about seeing carpet, but it was super clean! The sunsets from the balcony are breathtaking! There was an air mattress in the bedroom closet and the couch also turned into a bed. No complaints and the lady in the office was fabulous!

Great stay

The first day the water needed to be turned off most of the day and they started an hour before the posted sign said. That was a "Really" moment.. The week was awesome though. Just needed to do some adjusting the first day..

Good value

Pros: We had an Gulf front 4th floor unit. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fairly well stocked kitchen and large living area. The unit was much larger than I imagined. Overall it was fairly well updated and clean. The balcony was very large with two tables and 4 comfortable chairs. Of course the view was spectacular. How could it not be. Cons: Outside of the room the property was fairly outdated and tired looking. Not a deal breaker though. You want Hilton quality then stay at a Hilton Hotel. We just needed a place on the beach to shower and sleep. It worked for us. The mattress in the Master bedroom was worn out. The center sagged to the point where you felt like you were sleeping in a salad bowl. There were not many residents there during our stay and plenty of under cover parking available yet we were given an outdoor parking space a bit away from the building entrance. Not a big deal, just thought it was odd. The building is more secure than Fort Knox. A bit overkill for me. There was one elevator and it was a nightmare to use when it actually worked. You had to punch in a key code to use it and that rarely worked. Our last day there it was out of order. We were advised of elevator issues, and the replacement of the elevator before we arrived. They gave us the option to cancel or a $100.00 refund. We took the refund.

Indian shorea

The red tide did dampion our trip a bit, but is was nice sitting on the beautiful beach. The unit needs a lot of sprucing up, could use a TV in the guest bedroom. Good luck finding a luggage cart .People would hid them or hold on to them for extended periods. Holiday villas II is a great property, just spend the money and get an upgraded unit.

Great vacation at the beach

We enjoyed staying at this condo. The location is perfect - top floor with great views of the gulf! The condo was clean and had everything we needed for the week. The beds were comfortable and we loved that the linens were included! Plumlee Realty was a dream to work with. All of the staff we interacted with were kind and helpful, especially April Love at the onsite office. We enjoyed using the beach bikes, but we did fondness it was harder to ride on the beach than we thought. We’d definitely recommend this condo to friends!

Can’t beat the view

Your on the top (4th floor) with full view of the beach. If you fell off the balcony you would hit the sand. Interior is dated but who cares, as the location is what your there for. The balcony is large and spacious, we were able to work outside most of the day for the two weeks we were there as the weather was perfect. Only suggestion I have is have the modem upgraded- speed is great at 200mbps, but it’s the Arris model and it drops connection intermittently all day. I had the exact modem with the same problem. Would definitely stay again.

Views are picture perfect

Love the view as soon as you walk in.For the price its was great. I have rented other units in the same building and they were all updated and this one was kinda. The baths and kitchen countertop were updated however the kitchen appliances need replacing. The stove burners do not lie flat so when cooking everything runs downhill. The Freezer door condensation runs into the butter area of the fridge. It did keep everything cold but needs replacing. The carpet is way pass the time of replacing. The smell hits you when you come into the living room. Smells like a wet dog. Very musty. I sprayed and emptied a whole bottle of Febreeze on it and after a day it wasn't as bad. I burned candles to help as well. I had an issue with the sink backing up but maintenance was very quick in responding and fixing it. The staff were amazing and the location was perfect! I would still come back, just with my bottle of Febreeze!
