Although the balcony is currently closed due to construction, the condo itself offers a spacious and comfortable interior designed with all the conveniences guests expect for a relaxing stay. The well-appointed kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals, and the dining area provides seating for six. The living room features comfortable furnishings, creating a welcoming space to unwind after a day at the beach.

The primary bedroom includes a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom features two double beds, and the living room includes a sleeper sofa, providing additional sleeping space.

The property is conveniently located within walking distance of several restaurants and local attractions and sits directly along the Suncoast Beach Trolley line. Hop aboard the trolley and travel easily between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach in approximately 30 minutes, enjoying the many activities the Gulf Coast has to offer before returning to the comfort and privacy of your vacation beach home.

Close your eyes and imagine yourself relaxing on a wide sandy beach with gentle waves rolling onto the shore. Picture a quiet afternoon by the pool with a good book in hand, or a romantic evening stroll along the shoreline as the sun sets over the Gulf of Mexico.

Please Note: Holiday Villas III Condominium will undergo an exterior balcony, concrete and painting restoration project over the next few months.

Crews will work their way around the building throughout the project starting on the North side and working counterclockwise. Only while your unit stack section is being actively worked on (railings removed and replaced) will you possibly not have access to your balcony during parts of your stay. Most balcony’s will be open and fully useable during the project. The biggest impacts from this project will be noise during working hours and with parking adjustments during your stay.

Typical construction hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. During these hours, the pool will be closed. The pool is currently open daily from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM after construction activities conclude, and it remains open all day on weekends.
