Planning a trip to Gulfport Florida? This place is located in the heart of the Gulfport Arts District! You can walk out the door and into a Tuesday Morning market, a first Friday night art walk or the third Saturday Art walk! Also, it's just a short stroll ( across the street or within a block) to the many Best of the Bay restaurants, Gulfport beach, the pier and shops! You can also take a short drive 15-20 minutes and explore the shops and restaurants in downtown St Petersburg or St Pete Beach! This cottage listing is for unit A of the duplex. The front of the house!

This might have been our best VRBO stay yet. The food in the fridge, the "no checkout chores" made us feel not like we were renting, but that we were being cared for. The location is incredibly ideal for doing what we needed to do -- sitting in the sun and watching the world go by, and occasionally wandering down the street for a good meal.

We had a great time. The house was wonderful. Everything we needed was there. The beds were comfortable. TVs worked great. We just had a wonderful time. Being able to step outside our door and get food was great. Restaurants right across the street. Great location. We will be back, and our host was wonderful.

Perfect Location for a Relaxing Getaway!We came to Gulfport to unwind, and this charming cottage was the ideal spot for just that. Its location on Main Street couldn’t have been better—everything we wanted to explore was within walking distance. From delicious food to live music, and meeting friendly locals, there was always something fun to enjoy.We loved lounging on the sunny patio, watching the world go by. The cottage itself was cozy and well-equipped with everything we needed, making it feel like a true home away from home. Uncle Finley really thought of everything, and we were impressed by all the thoughtful touches throughout the space.The bedding was incredibly comfortable, ensuring we had restful nights. Although we rented a car, we hardly needed it since we could easily walk everywhere. One highlight was the Tuesday street market—it was a fun experience and a great way to connect with the local community.Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and we left feeling completely rejuvenated. Highly recommend!

This was a very good location! It was convenient to everything. The Tuesday market was a wonderful surprise. The cottage was very comfortable, and had everything we needed. We did not have a car during our stay, and we found that it wasn’t a problem at all. We were able to walk to a lot of restaurants and shops. It was a short Uber ride to the Dali Museum,

We loved our stay! The place was immaculate and the decor was super fun; it looked exactly as described in the pictures. In addition, the fridge was stocked with a variety of drinks...what a nice touch! The location was a block away from the beach and there were plenty of restaurants and ice cream shops near by. Weekend getaway

This property is so fun and the host thought of everything! Every detail was considered-a bag of ice and chilled mugs in the freezer! Pickleball racquets! A cozy porch! We loved the vibe and the location was super convenient. We would definitely recommend this property!

Great little 2 BR/1 BA cottage in the heart of Gulfport. Loved the personality of the property and the location was just steps from shops, restaurants, pier and beach area. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Best Stay Ever!

OMG, Where do I start? This place was fabulous! It was decorated in a "retro" style, that brought back so many crazy, fun memories. It was furnished with everything under the sun that you would ever need, you literally could just bring clothes and nothing else. The place was exceptionally clean and inviting, the beds were comfortable, plenty of storage space, study space,...I truly felt "at home" as soon as I unpacked. I loved that we were right in downtown Gulfport Beach, 1 block from the beach, and just 1-3 blocks from everything! Great Restaurants, friendly locals, and i especially love that it is a "dog lovin' town"! LOVE LOVE LOVE this Gulfport Beach area. No better place to stay while you're visiting here.There was great communication with Uncle Findley before our arrival and he checked on us to make sure all was good. I couldn't be more pleased with the stay and can't wait to go back!

Perfect!!

This home was fantastic!! From the house itself, to the host and the location; we couldnt have picked a more perfect spot! Close to everything. Food, shopping and the water. St. Pete's beach was just minutes away! Also to note, 2 females traveling on our own. And we felt perfectly safe the whole trip! Thank you Uncle Finley! We will be back!
