Winter getaway

Near beach and restaurants. Unit is very comfortable for two people. A dishwasher would be a nice addition.

By the beach

The location was really good, however there were multiple spiders and bugs we found throughout our stay. The place was cozy, but the bugs were irritating.

Great, cozy space! This unit is perfect for a small family looking for an affordable trip. The proximity to the pristine beach was perfect. The unit includes beach chairs, however, we opted to use the beach service. It was fairly inexpensive and made trips back and forth easier. Lots of local dining options within walking distance which made for easy nights out. The kitchen is small, however, it offered everything we needed to make a few meals. We are already planning a return trip!

Nice property

The room is perfect for the 3 of us! It's clean over all,except the fans are not so clean. The bathroom need exhaust fan and the bed are not comfortable at all. It is really hard,went home with a neck and back pain. Like the other guess reviews, the mattress protector cover are very annoying. Other than that it's a nice cute little room. I would say,I will stay there again,but needs to update the bed. The location are perfect,since everything are close ( restaurants,larry's ice cream and stores are walking distance. The beach are amazing! We walked every morning and night.

Perfect Getaway

We were in town for a wedding and our stay was perfect! The condo was very clean! It was steps to the beach, restaurants, and bars. We will definitely be back!

Great location!

I was super happy with this little condo. It’s small, but set up in a way where it doesn’t feel small. I never felt like we needed to fold up the pull out couch bed, which we also didn’t spend a ton of time inside, but still. My 7 year old slept on the couch bed. I’d say it was fine for a child, but seemed to buckle in a little, so I’m not sure how well adults would do on it. But if this is in your budget go for it. The bedroom bed was very comfortable. There were plenty of bath towels. There were no beach towels; however, we bought 3-4 and left them, so unless someone took them they should still be there. The office said they don’t rent them there. There were beach chairs and other beach items available there as well. We took a 10 month old and 7 year old with us. DO NOT plan to use the pack n play. It was foul smelling. We bought one and took it back home with us. If you need one, you can have amazon ship it, or whatever you need, to the office beforehand and they will hold it for you. My husband tried the coin laundry once and it took all his money so we didn’t try again. He said he spoke with others that had issues with the laundry machines too. The office told me it took quarters, but my husband said it took cards too. There is just enough paper towels and toilet paper to get you started, but if you stay longer than a couple days you’ll need to purchase more. There isn’t amazon now at that location, but Walmart does deliver. We had a bad experience with that, but I’m sure it was just the driver. The neighborhood market Walmart is very close and I would just do a pickup there next time. Also, that drive is up the beach towards Treasure Island, etc., which is a pretty drive. There was a ton to do. Lots of nearby restaurants and even a couple who served food late. Lots of good restaurants driving distance as well. The beach was extremely easily accessible. You just had to walk through the big parking lot and then enter the short boardwalk bridge to a flat beach. Super easy to go back and forth to the condo. Same with the pool. We were there at the end of March and the pool was nice and heated. Busch Gardens was really fun, their spicy margarita was amazing. We got to see dolphins when we were on the back deck of Crabbys at the Pass. We bought a city pass, it’s worth it if you plan to go to those places. Overall, we were very happy with our stay! We stayed for a week. I would definitely stay there again.

I was charged for a key to the condo that I did not get.

I was a late checkin and received 1 key. However, when I returned the key, I was charged $35 for a second key that I did not receive. How was I suppose to know I should have 2 keys. There was no checklist. I assumed we would get 1 key and that is what I got. This was disappointing. The condo was clean and I loved it. But for the office staff I wish there would have been a check list to check off what I received in my late check out envelope.

Quick Getaway

We stayed at the property for 4 nights. The check-in process after hours was flawless. The house was in a great location to the beach and walking distance to fun restaurants. There was an overall cleanliness to the place except for stray hairs, that were not ours, in the kitchen and bathroom sink. The freezer and the ice had a strong fish smell when opening it and trying to use the ice. When we went to the office, on two different occasions, we were not greeted with a "Hello" or "How is your stay so far?" or "How can we help you?" I was disappointed in that part of the customer service.

Perfect location

We’ll equipped for all your living and beach needs. The only issue is that ALL bedding is not clean, both of the bed spreads are nasty dirty and a mattress cover over the plastic protector was non-existent, it is a must. Otherwise it was clean and a good size for a short stay.

Great space!

Beautiful property. Clean and updated. Quiet beach neighborhood. Only complaint would be the local spots stop serving food early. Recommend checking in during regular business hours as it it a little confusing otherwise.

Perfect location a block to the beach - small but very efficient use of space

Overall this property was wonderful - its location and unit updates made it perfect for our trip! It’s very close to the beach and a quick walk to tons of local restaurants. Parking was also included and easy. The condo had beach chairs and umbrellas available in the closet which were utilized throughout our stay. Pros: LOCATION, ground level with outside entry made getting around and loading/unloading easy, good water pressure and hot water in shower, great layout and use of space, precisely as advertised Cons: little confusing with the additional travel management company forms/paperwork (but we figured it out pre arrival and checkin was a breeze), the condo could have used some vacuuming under bed/furniture - lots of old crumbs found as we settled in, only 1 set of towels left for 2 people for a week (thankfully we brought extra), bed had noisy mattress protector which made sleeping a little less comfy given thin sheets- if you are picky at all, i would say it’s worth bringing your own sheets as the rest of the condo totally makes up for this!

Great location!

Great location steps from the pool and beach. Close to many restaurants and walking distance to many ice cream shops that my kids loved! The shower was awesome and plenty of towels were provided in the unit.
