Surf Song #332 - Nice floor plan, complete with gulf views in this 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo in popular Surf Song Resort. Located on the third floor, near elevator, this unit boasts a new kitchen that is fully stocked for all of your cooking needs. There is no dishwasher in this condo. You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

Walk into the open living room, complete with flat screened television and sofa bed. Enjoy the fresh Florida air, and sunsets from the common balcony which is shared with the 4 other condos also on this floor. . The charming bedroom provides two twin beds and plenty of dresser drawer and closet space. The bathroom, like all SunHost properties, is spotless and ready for your visit, which also includes linens for all beds, extra pillows and sufficient towels throughout your stay. Free Wifi Please note this unit does not have a phone.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (copy, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking unit.

Of course, Surf Song Resort is not only known for its comfortable and sought after rentals, but also for its premiere location along Madeira Beach. Here you will enjoy a short walk to the gorgeous gulf beaches, heated swimming pool, as well as all other amenities including John's Pass Village. The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This Gulf getaway has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

Room was as described. Beds were comfortable although walkway lights are very bright coming in through bedroom window, black out curtains or blinds would work better. We’ve stayed in this room before and the new deck chairs were lovely for morning coffee with a view. Definitely could use new sofa, it’s pretty warn out and uncomfortable. We were stuck indoors a good part of the week door to rain and someplace comfortable to sit would have been nice.

Great stay

Newly renovated property, with all the amenities, including washer and dryer on site. The condo was perfect. Loved the views of the gulf and views of John’s Pass. Always love coming back to Madeira Beach!

Cute little place!

We thoroughly enjoyed this quaint little condo at Surf Song. Exactly what we were looking for. Right on the beach, and a pool too. One of the best parts- convenience to shops and food, all within walking distance. Very pleased with our choice to stay at this place!

Amazing stay!

This property listing is exactly as described!! It’s a beautiful location with lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The best part is this property sits right on the ocean and this is a 3rd floor room with a beautiful ocean view!!! The complex has a beautiful pool and lounge chairs for use. This property only had one beach chair for use that was rusted and unstable, however we bought 2 during our stay and left them for others to enjoy. We do plan to go back to this property in the future!!

Construction

Cute condo. Comfy beds but not upfront with construction at property. Never was told we’d be woken up at 7:30 am every morning by buzz saws and can’t listen to music or hear each other at pool. Walked around glass on ground , broken concrete, nails. They gave us 11% back anfter several complaints which I unacceptable to me. I’d rather paid full price and had peace sitting on my balcony and at pool. Our water was turned off and the property management said they couldn’t do anything about it but I talked to construction crew after 4 hours they turned it back on. Arriving early can store your luggage outside only. But they let us in early. The location is prime. The condo was nice but I’m not sure how I feel about using Sunhost property management anymore. I would rent this condo again if no construction or it was disclosed and not through property management who said they thought they’d be done when they weren’t even close. Hate writing bad reviews but unacceptable. I have several pictures and videos .

We stayed for a week here at this Condo. Upon arriving, we are not able to turn down the AC past 72 or open the doors with the AC on because it will “freeze” up. We had to single beds, and these beds were obviously 1960’s beds & looked forward to leaving every night from the most uncomfortable beds & SOFAS. You have to wash your own towels, and will NOT be given more. Linens look dingy & look like they have been used for over a decade. Room numbers written on them, and losing color. Beside the being the most uncomfortable condo ever, we lost power twice and was told “it happens all the time”. There is “guards” that literally stay at the end of the driveway watching and checking every move. Yes, it was by the beach. That’s the only good I can say.

Ocean View with a pool

We booked this place to spend a week escaping the cold weather. It was in a great location! Close to tons of restaurants and things to do. The condo was small but worked perfect for just the two of us. Had the bare minimum for dishes and cooking utensils and the oven was slow to pre heat. The pool and sun deck was the perfect place to relax and soak up the sun. The ocean was steps away.

Desperately Seeking Update

Love the Sun Host property. Pool was immaculate, grounds kept clean, maintenance & housekeeping staff were so friendly and helpful. Our particular unit is in desperate need of new floors, paint, front door and slider door and couch and chair in living room. Curtains were disgustingly dirty. Kitchen & bathroom are nice. Despite needing those things, the view was spectacular! Balcony in desperate need of power washing, and a couple of nice chairs in balcony would be nice. So much potential!
