• Beggins Luxury Vacation Rentals, its agents, or the property owner may enter the premises for repairs, inspections, or showings. Guests will be given reasonable notice whenever possible.

• Visitors aged 16+ must have a Florida fishing or hunting license to fish.
• No illegal fishing equipment such as spears or spear guns is allowed.

4. Parking
• Park only in designated areas, including the driveway and garage (if applicable).
• Do not block roads, neighbor driveways, or park in unauthorized spaces—violators may be towed at the guest’s expense.
• Vehicles must not leak fluids. Oil, antifreeze, or other stains on driveway pavers will result in cleaning or replacement charges.

• If a propane grill is provided, do not use charcoal in it. Doing so may incur cleaning or damage fees.

• Left items will be held for 30 days. Guests must cover return shipping costs. Beggins Luxury Vacation Rentals is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

• Do not use abrasive cleaners on stainless steel appliances. If needed, leave sticky spots for the cleaning team specialty products are used.

13. Damage Policy & Waiver
Guests are responsible for all damages beyond what is covered by the damage waiver.
If any issues, accidents, or damages occur, report them immediately. Delayed reporting may result in full liability for additional damage or lost rental income.
Do not attempt to fix anything yourself. Prompt communication allows us to resolve issues quickly and minimize costs.

• Lost keys or parking passes ($50+ per item)
• Exceeding maximum occupancy

• False booking information or fraudulent reservations
• Damages or costs caused to the property or its contents
