Place was clean and had a wonderful ocean view. Elevators worked and beach was a short walk. Parking was easy. We took advantage of ice chest , box fans, beach towels and chairs that were left in condo for our use. Check in and out was a breeze. Would highly recommend this to family and friends .

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The view from the balcony is amazing, and the location right across the street from John's Pass is very convenient. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed, and everything is up to date and in great working order. The property manager was very gracious and great to work with. Overall it was a wonderful stay and I would definitely stay there again!

Perfect beachfront location directly across from John’s Pass. Spacious pool deck and pool. Palapa covered areas for respite from the sun. Would definitely stay at this location again. It was just perfect for our first time ever to this area.

We spent 5 days at this property and had a great time. Checkin was straight forward. View from the balcony is amazing. Location is very good being just steps away from Johns Pass. All in all, I would stay here again.

This condo is right on the ocean and across from John's Pass. We were excited about that. However, the building is tired and dingy. The unit is unsanitary and lackluster. To start on a positive note, they did update the countertops in the kitchen which is nice, the sitting/tv area is fine, and the balcony and balcony furniture is fine. The floors in the condo were filthy. We had to wipe our children's feet before bed or putting on their shoes if they walked barefoot anywhere in the condo - so gross! The walls, wood work, doors, and cabinetry in the bedroom and bathroom are disgusting beyond words. I was nearly in tears when we walked in. I would never let my kids bath in the bathtub, we didn't let anything touch the bathroom countertops, and I had to put down paper towels on the nightstand AFTER cleaning them myself because I was just disgusted. I even found candy wrappers next to one of the beds. On top of that, the sheets on one of the beds were not cleaned - they were full of crumbs, hair, and particles from the dirty floor. WE had to strip it and put on new sheet we found in the closet. Writing all of this grosses me out beyond words. I feel horrible my family and I had to stay there for three nights - never again. The cherry on top was that check-in was at 4PM, but the cleaning lady was not out of there until after 5PM. I am not sure what she was doing all of that time because she certainly wasn't cleaning the place. Very disappointing.

The condo was nice and clean when we arrived. I just wish they had area rugs or entry rugs to brush the sand off the feet so it did not enter the condo. There was a vacuum and broom but I was on vacation pool was usable but not chairs . The other thing my husband expressed is there was not a working vent in the bathroom. There was one in the ceiling but only one switch and it worked the light. Kudos for all they have done since Irma.

We had a great experience once again with this agency and our VRBO hosts! First, they were more than accommodating when our flight got bumped up by one day. They easily were able to add a night to our reservation. A week before our arrival we were informed that the unit (in this listing) was undergoing some renovations and the unit wouldn’t be ready in time for our arrival. Fortunately they were able to upgrade our reservation for a condo in Treasure Island. It definitely suited us well and offered not only more room, but an opportunity to explore a new area. We truly enjoyed our trip but want all who visit to be aware that the area is still undergoing a LOT of work post hurricane. We urge visitors to have patience and to show your appreciation for those who are working to bring the area back. It is still beautiful and our favorite place on Earth and we look forward to our next trip!

The property was perfectly described and did not disappoint. Amazing beach/ocean views. Brand new appliances were a plus . Minor issues : the supply of basics ; toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and salt and pepper were either not their at all or on the last leg. We supplied them but felt that should have been included.Maintenance of property is impeccable. Elevator was out of service on day one - but we got our work out ! Lol

The view from the balcony was great as well as the beautiful sunsets. Convenient access to the beach and close proximity to restaurants. Overall the condo was OK, a few things need an update, namely one of the mattresses and the air vent in the bedroom was very loud and needed a deflector.

This gem of a condo was a great home away from home. It was full of starters and had wonderful views of the ocean. My husband and I loved enjoying coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening on the patio! We enjoyed watching dolphins and manatees every day!

The accommodations were great. So close to the beach and had everything we needed. Plenty of room for 2 wild kids to play and so close to the beach. The owners answered all of our questions quickly. The property is right on the beach and it made it super easy to take a break and go right back out. Close to foods and shops at John’s pass. 10/10 recommend and would stay again!

Situated directly on the beach, the location couldn't be better for those looking to immerse themselves in the coastal experience. Location: Literally steps away from the beach, making it perfect for evening walks or spontaneous swims. Local Amenities: Directly across the street from John's Pass. Close to various restaurants, cafes, and shops. The Condo: Immaculately clean upon arrival. Comfort: The condo is well-furnished with comfortable seating and beds. The décor is modern with a beach vibe. Amenities: Equipped with all the essentials and more. The kitchen has modern appliances, making it easy to prepare meals if you choose to dine in. Wi-Fi is strong and reliable. View: Stunning views from the balcony and living room. Communication: The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful, providing clear instructions for check-in and check-out. Highly recommended for couples, families, or solo travelers seeking a relaxing and convenient beachside retreat. We will definitely be returning!

The location was exactly what we wanted, directly across from John's Pass with many options of food places to choose from and boat tour pick ups. The only small complaint my husband and I had was how close we were to the trash shoot and elevator so it did get a little noisy in the mornings but that wouldn't stop my from renting from them again!

Property was wonderful and nicely maintained. Its an excellent location, right on the beach and across the street from St Johns Pass. Many wonderful stores and restaurants are walkable. Downside: close to elevator (which can be noisy at times) and needs new mattresses.

This perfectly placed condo has everything you need for a relaxing vacation on the beach. The view from the balcony is amazing as you can see the pool, the beach, the bay, and of course, the sunsets. The staff keeps the common areas clean and organized. The condo offers beach chairs and beach towels so if you fly in, you don't have to purchase. Plenty of space for a young family, girls getaway, or couples. Lots of lunch and dinner options right across the street. I would rent again in a minute.
