Great family vacation spot. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has a King size bed in the master bedroom, two Double beds in the 2nd bedroom and both bedrooms have TV's. The living room has a brand new slider door to a private balcony, new flooring, and a TV with a DVD player. FREE secure Wi-Fi and FREE long distance to US and Canada so you can tell all your friends what a great time you are having. The property has a large heated swimming pool, pool area restrooms, and a charcoal grill for your use. There is an app operated laundry on each floor; option for credit card payments available. The building has a secure elevator and stairwells. Don't fight for a parking space this unit has assigned parking. Condo association rules do not allow pets...sorry fluffy.

Excellent beach side location

Really convenient location, especially when you have an infant. The pool was another really nice feature for the kiddos. We stayed in another condo at Holiday Villas 2 back in 2019 and remembered the location for it's convenience. The condo was very clean and easy to check in even though we arrived after hours due to a flight delay.

Indian Shores stay

Holiday Villas I had everything we needed to make our beach vacation wonderful! Our condo was facing Gulf Blvd. , which turned out to be perfect because the sun wasn’t shining in all day. Our condo stayed cool and we enjoyed sitting on on the balcony in the afternoons. Great stay!!

Pros of this property: steps to beach, beaches not overly crowded, endless hot water Cons of property: beds are horribly uncomfortable, killed several roaches during stay, rude management, air conditioner constantly resets itself to 76 and wouldn’t keep room cool, condo is dated and needs updated, codes for every entrance that at times do not work, changes in door codes mid stay which was frustrating

Great Locale!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. Access to the beach was the primary reason for our interest in this property and it did not disappoint. Many local restaurants are within the area to enjoy as well.

Golf and Beach weekend

property was in good condition. Elevator codes did not always work and caused some grief for access for us and others. Never did figure out the inconsistency. The unit was clean and very accommodating. The group was three men on a golf and beach weekend. For beach and pool access could not ask for anything better. Golf was close and our choose to travel over the bay for a couple courses. A good trip.

Needs TLC but don't sweat the small stufff.

Holiday Villa ll. Not enough bath towels, cloths, for 7 days of stay for 6 people even though we laundered them 2x.. Cooking supplies not available and had to call for large frying pan, large pot such as for soup, spag, etc, no cutting board, no tongs for salad or grilling, no butcher/paring knives. The shower curtain kept falling on every entry or exit of shower.. On a good note If you like hot showers you will love it& won't run out. Beds, pillows were comfortable, though needed more pillow cases for extra pillow use.. The floors and some of the dishes were not cleaned well. With all that said the main office and house keeping were very accommodating and VERY FRIENDLY. The Beach was very clean & beautiful!! The pool was very clean as well.. We rented chairs and umbrellas for the week at a very reasonable price. The multiple key codes for entries to elevator, pool, & unit room were confusing due to codes not being the same.. Sometimes forgot which code went with what entry. So we wrote them down & put in phone. After a couple days we had them memorized. All in All it was a very GOOD stay and everyone adjusted. We will definitely return to Indian Springs because we want to see and do more and its a great area not crowded or pricey like Clearwater or St Pete. Thank you Plumlee Realty, we wish you well through COVID-19, Take Care. P.S. Thank you for displaying American Flags in the plant pots. God Bless America!

Room was nice

The condo was nice. Yes the carpet in the bedrooms are dated, there was some moldy baseboards in the guest bath, and the tv in the guest bedroom didn’t work but the condo itself is nice. Could use a pizza pan and pizza cutter. 😊 The king size mattress was too firm for my wife. The property itself was good except for the 3 fire alarms, one being at 1:45am and the property manager took it upon herself to shut it off before the firemen showed up putting a lot of lives in danger had there been an actual fire.

A great value! Check in out extremely easy. Perfect for families. Low key but walking distance to food and entertainment. Right on the beach. Nice pool. Comfy beds. Would definitely recommend.

The condo plus the beach in the backyard was exactly what we needed.

The condo was slightly outdated but for the price and the location right on the beach it was perfect for our family of 6....with 4 teenagers we were not looking for a place in pristine condition as we wanted everyone to feel comfortable. The unit was clearly well loved by its owners from the start and now they get to share it with other families like ours.

Dated and smelled like smoke

Location and living area size were good in this condo. I expected it to be outdated based on pictures and other reviews which doesn’t bother me though I believe the flooring needs to be replaced for practical reasons. Carpet at the beach is not practical or easy to keep clean. What made me so displeased with this rental was he overwhelming smell of smoke as soon as we walked in. I bought odor absorbers and air freshener and it didn’t help at all. After leaving and opening my suitcase when returning home, everything in it smelled like smoke and had to be washed regardless of if it was clean or not. The unit description stated it was non smoking. I would never have rented this unit if smokers were allowed. A very disappointing experience.

Clean property, but certainly dated.

We enjoyed our stay at this property, but there are certainly some updates that can be made there. Everything was clean, which is certainly the most important part, but the carpet in this place was out of a whole different era. The room had a slightly musty smell (that I imagine is from the carpet), but it wasn't terrible and aired out quickly. Some basic updates would really improve the place, but it isn't terrible. The room did have a copy of the gripping film Double Jeopardy starring Ashley Judd as a mother seeking revenge for her wrongful imprisonment. I really like the auction scene where she gives Bruce Greenwood the cold shoulder on stage after asking him for a kiss. Solid flick so you get an extra star for that. The free bike rentals were at another plumlee place a few miles away, which is annoying but unrelated to the property itself.
