Beautiful sun sets every night!
My traveling Flamingo!! Decorated for New Year’s Eve, surrounded by sea shells collected by walks on the beautiful beach.
Don’t forget your binoculars! You can see dolphins all day.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo very much. It was roomy and spacious, and the view was perfect for those evening sunsets.The condo could use some new accessories, such as towels, cookware, and a full set of silverware. Beach chairs were provided, which was super nice; however, they were rusty and broken. Would these things stop me from staying there again? Absolutely not!! We had a wonderful stay!

Well kept property, inside and out! Friendly/helpful outside maintenance guy. Quiet location but walking distance to everything! Our host, Samuel was available for every question that arose! He answered almost instantly when I texted him. Polite and positive! And last but not least, pizza delivery from DeLosa’s at John’s Pass! Awesome pizza! Definitely will rent again from KIMA condos.

Vacation 2025

Check in was super easy. The condo was great and we had all the amenities we needed for the week. The beach was fantastic and just a few steps from the condo. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo had everything for our vacation needs. From a fully equipped kitchen to all the supplies we needed for beach days. The balcony had the perfect view of sunsets every night. Checking in was easy and our host was easily reachable for that process. Having a washer and drier was key for all the beach towels and bringing home clean laundry at the end or our stay! The location was perfect and walking distance to johns pass. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a perfect beach vacation!

Amazing stay!!

This property was perfect in every way. Bright and spacious, with the perfect views of the ocean. Condo was well stocked with kitchen essentials and with beach accessories. This will definitely go on our list of properties to return to.

Phenomenal Beach View

The view from the balcony was outstanding and proximity to the surf and sand amazing. Overall, the condo had everything it said it did and no bugs. The pictures online didn’t depict several items. The condo needs serious updating outside of the refrigerator and microwave. The couches were very old, worn, and uncomfortable because the seat cushions sank into the couch so low we could not sit on them making it difficult to get up. The bed is great for someone that likes an extremely soft bed. The cushions on the chairs of the table to eat on were spotted and dirty. The cushions outside on the balcony were dirty and stained so we were glad for the two plastic seats to sit on. The towels were very worn because many of them had threads coming off. Again, the beach view was worth the stay along with the fact that the place had been cleaned and smelled clean upon entry.

We were very comfortable in our condo for the week. There were lots of little conveniences that made our stay easier such as the basic soap, the hair dryer the beach and bath towels and the kitchen appliances and cookware. I would just suggest a couple of low cost changes that would bring enhance the experience. One would be to change out the cooking and serving utensils. Most of them are plastic and are old and severly worn. Some new utensils would be nice. Maybe the addtion of larger cookie sheets. The current ones are very small making it difficult to cook in the oven for a family of four. The other would be to add a couple of couch cushions to help soften the hard arm rests on the couch. And finally, the bed sheets were fresh and new but the comforters are also very old and dated. Some new ones would really make a difference. Other than that we enjoyed our relaxing vacation and the condo was nice to stay in on rainy days. Thank you for being a great host. We hope to stay here again.

Clean and nice condo

The condo was nice, roomy and clean, however the area is still recovering from the hurricane so the beach wasn't always as available as we were hoping and some establishments were not open. If your looking for a nice place to stay with no frills, on the beach this place is ideal!

Convenient location

The area had been hit hard by the hurricane; however, they are making a lot of advancements to getting it back in order. They were working on the building during our stay; however, we weren’t inconvenienced by it. Beach was beautiful and a real treat! Dolphins were swimming around and saying “hello” too. Owner is fabulous to work with and extremely responsive.

We have stayed at this property before & highly recommend it. Samuel is an excellent host, responsive if you have a need. The condo is very comfortable, appliances are updated & the refrigerator has an ice maker. Kima association is working hard to get the property fully restored.

On the beach

We had a very nice day at this rental property. The condo was clean and spacious, and it was located right on the beach. The Vrbo listing accurately depicted the condo. The views were amazing, especially the sunset views. The only drawback was the elevator kept getting stuck and the lobby and pool were under construction which we were aware of prior to coming due to the hurricane damage, despite that we had a wonderful time. We hope to stay there again on our next trip to Madeira Beach.

Quiet beach condo

Loved being on beach in nice clean condo! Has some toys for kids, boards for older kids and small chairs and umbrella also. Also has lounge and umbrella rental right there.

Clean and super close to the water!

The condo was just as advertised, clean, and had everything we needed. The host was quick to respond and very easy to work with. This condo is super close to the water, making it easy to watch your family members and great for dolphin viewing! Lots of places within walking distance.

Summer Breeze!!

The condo was the perfect accommodations for 4 people that want comfort, gulf front views, all accommodations, comfortable beds, and all the beach stuff you need. The kitchen has new appliances, and everything you need for your stay. The condo has 8 beach chairs, an umbrella, floaties, and toys, and very nice couch, table and chairs on the balcony. Wifi was great and smart TV's in every room. 5th time guests, and counting. Thanks Sam.
