The second bedroom has 2 queen size beds, ceiling fan and a TV (cable). The third bedroom has two twin beds and a TV. The hallway bathroom has a tub/shower and there is a washer and dryer inside the condo for your convenience. The kitchen has plenty of space, tools and cookware to make great family meals. There are gas grills available just off the pool deck if you feel inclined to BBQ that are easy access with your personal spiral staircase. Outdoor dining on your large balcony is the perfect way to enjoy the amazing sunsets on the Gulf. The property has a heated swimming pool and hot tub and is just steps from the beach. Separate check-in location: Before going to the condo, guests must check in at the Plumlee Vacation Rental office at 411 2nd Street in Indian Rocks Beach. Your welcome packet will include your unit access information, parking pass, Wi-Fi details and arrival instructions. The reservation holder must sign the vacation rental agreement and present a government-issued photo ID and credit card.

Late and Sunday arrivals: Guests arriving after 5:30 p.m. or on Sunday may retrieve their welcome packet from the orange lockbox at the rental office. The reservation holder must complete check-in at the office on the next business day.

Additional guest perks: Complimentary weekday beach-cruiser bicycles are available from the Plumlee office. The office also offers complimentary oversized parking for boats and RV trailers.

Beach chairs, umbrellas and oversized beach towels are available to rent at check-in; current pricing is available from the rental office.
