The heater was broke in the pool. The dredging had the water very murky and the dredging moved directly in front of condo. The worker was using an air horn to blow at anyone that approached the fence area directly in front of balcony. Very unprofessional for the workers on beach. We did not get to use either water options . We would appreciate some compensation for this. We love the spot, we stay in these two buildings once every month.

We had a great quick trip with friends! The hosts were wonderfulā€”very responsive, accommodating, and easy to work with. The condo was comfortable with beautiful views, and everything was just as described. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

It was a great location with an ocean view on a very small balcony. Not a busy beach at all. Sand not as soft as Clearwater Beach but very peaceful location. Not sure if all the bright outside lights on the condo are good for the sea turtles at night. The pictures online make the condo appear newly remodeled with new furniture. Definitely had plenty of wear and tear. But, nothing damaged other than a broken off piece to the blind in the master bedroom. Everything was very clean. Also had few wifi and cable. No need for our fire stick unless, we wanted to watch a certain movie. But, who does that on the beach!?! It also appeared much larger than it really is. Example there are large mirrors on the livingroom walls and certain decor that gave the illusion of a larger space. The oven advertised was actually a small toaster over. There was a touch control stove top just not a large opening oven like in a home. At least 2 of our days the water was shut off at 10am with no notice. One of those days it was off for several hours to where many guests were very upset.There was plenty of chairs, pool noodles, towels, and other swimming supplies for the beach located in the hall closet. We also added by leaving a new bucket and shovel for sand. As well as brand new rain ponchos.However, it still worked for my 50th Birthday and first girls trip of 4. Over all it was a great location, just a little pricy for the room. I would definitely book with Sandy Feet again!!
Shopping at John's Pass village and boardwalk near Madeira Beach. Just a short 25min drive.

Beautiful location, but fairly tight spaces

Overall, it was a good stay. Beautiful location, clean space, lovely beach. But - some things surprised us. 1. The size of the kid bedroom was SUPER small with no overhead light and limited airflow from the mini vent in the room. 2. The TV's didn't work the way the directions mentioned. the smart aspect only seemed working in the living room. 3. the kitchen was small and lacked a dishwasher, which limited our ability to wash/dry (no drying rack) our own dishes. As a family of four, this basically limited our ability to eat in significantly. Also, the stove was digital and was very tricky to operate for us. two burners didn't seem to heat our food the way we needed.

Great start to summer!

Our family absolutely loved kicking off the start to summer vacation at BBC through Sandy Feet. The kids did NOT want to leave. The condo was very clean and even stocked with extra boogie boards for the beach, etc! Would book again, for sure :)

Overall nice place to stay. Excellent location. Could use update to some household articles. Rugs were old and dirty looking. Addition of simple kitchen items like salt and pepper would be great!! Nice pool. Nice beach and pool chairs and other accessories provided.

My family loved everything about this vacation. The location was ideal and the property met expectations. This was the smoothest rental process we have experienced and texts/emails from the property managers were a nice touch.

Unforgettable sunsets from your balcony

My friend and I were years overdue in catching up, so we booked a long weekend at the beach. This place was exactly what we needed. Easy check-in and check-out, great view of the beach and pool from our balcony, just steps to the beach, a nice patio on ground level with lounge chairs, and access to beach chairs. Beds and living room furniture were comfy for talking late into the night, and shower pressure was great. Bath towels were actually absorbent and big enough to wrap around you. A nice touch to offer trial/travel size shampoo, conditioner and bath soap. We ate out so can't comment on how equipped the kitchen was, and we didn't have any problems so no need to contact the property manager. Would definitely stay again.steps from the beach,ce condo.

Great long weekend getaway!

I stayed here with my 2 boys for a long weekend for a Phillies spring training game. We had a wonderful time and the property was great! Perfect for a long weekend and location was amazing! The boys enjoyed the pool and the beach and loved their bunk beds! Place had everything we needed to enjoy our little vacation. Would stay here again!

Girls Trip

I wanted a little trip for my daughters bday, and to show my 13 yr. old granddaughter where she was born in Florida. So, I booked your vrbo. Knowing the hurricane hit hard in Madeira beach where I would have normally booked a place. I looked north Clearwater area. As I searched vrbo, you were the only one advertising "Pool Open and great winter rates". I wanted to be on the beach with a heated pool. Your place fit everything I was looking for. We had a balcony facing the ocean and pool. There was another patio area on our 2nd floor for sitting in the sun away from the breeze. Cute place. Alittle small, but us three girls managed just fine. Nice treat to find that there were nice beach chairs and sand toys for our use. Excellent place. I would recommend to anyone.

The place was clean. Is located in a quiet neighborhood. Have to drive to get to restaurants and activities but not far. We saw lots of dolphins while sitting on our balcony overlooking the ocean. Lots of beach stuff like chairs, toys etc available in unit for use.

Dated and Dingy Condo

Shocked at all the positive reviews on this unit. We stay in the area a few times per year and this condo was overall just a huge disappointment. It is WELL overdue for an update across the board. The biggest issue was that the baseboards and walls were dusty, dirty, and rusty (esp in the bathroom)- which just made it all look really dingy. It also felt quite cramped with the BRs having very little room to walk around the beds or store suitcases. The bathroom was horribly small, not updated and in really rough shape - original exhaust fan, unclean baseboards with water stains, door showing water damage/warped, shower clogged (this issue was resolved by maintenance the next AM). When we turned on hot water the pipes rattled very loudly in the walls. The kitchen area was also very small with little counter space for meal prep and no dishwasher. Definitely not worth the premium we paid to stay. We were so dissatisfied that we checked out after one night and went to another property. Hoping the owners will give this place a little TLC before the season starts.

Great place on the Gulf

We enjoyed our stay. We had good communication through texting with the management. So nice to know that if we needed anything or had an issue that we would get a prompt response. The apartment came equipped with everything we need for a long weekend. The location is perfect for driving a few minutes to either side to find a restaurant or a few minutes from a grocery. The beach chairs and towels where so helpful since the beach is steps away! It's so worth it.

Great stay!!

Everything about the condo was great. It is decorated so cute. It was very clean and had everything we needed. There are beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels in the condo. There is no regular oven, but there is a really nice small toaster/convection oven. King size bed was super comfortable. There is a small room with bunk beds for the kiddos. Property was very quiet and the beach wasn't crowded. I enjoyed it very much and plan to stay here again in the future!

Bellaire Beach

The apt was nice just a bit smaller than expected I would say that it is a convenient location great beach and nearby to good restaurants and groceries. It was very tidy and clean, kitchen well equipped. Good for a couple with kids. We weā€™re with our senior moms was a challenge with one staying on lower bunk bed the other in sofa bed & only 1 bathroom for all.

Great location; Good Experience

This was my first time using VRBO, so I learned a lot from our stay. Overall the trip was great. I would suggest updating the televisions in the rooms. I definitely donā€™t see how the condo can sleep 6 with any sort of comfort. Thereā€™s really not enough space for a family of 4 to be comfortable in the living room. Neither of the TVs remotes worked properly. Storage of your luggage and belongings can be extremely tight and there is no closet space and very little storage space for suitcases. The condo does have a lot of decorative hooks throughout which we repurposed into closet space. I would recommend bringing your own fire-stick, Roku, or Apple TV. If you bring a Roku or Firestick, youā€™ll need an power adapter as the bedroom TVs do not have USB ports. There is laundry on the property, but not inside the condo. Itā€™s costs $4/load. We would wash towels daily and every night would have to hang the towels out to dry as the dryers wouldnā€™t get them past damp. I would suggest proving more bathroom towels. The location is great. Lots of great restaurants and night life within a short ride.

Clean & Cozy

Clean and cozy, A little smaller than we expected. Pool was also small but got the job done. Small terrace, nice view, can hear the water from the balcony. Beach easily accessible, upgraded beach chairs would be nice with an umbrella for pasty northeasterns that burn easily. Overall nice place, probably better for two people unless you have very young kids.
