Current Guests: Any unused portion of your rent.

Occupancy Limit: 8 guests maximum strictly enforced.
Total includes all children and infants.

Housekeeping: No daily housekeeping is provided during your stay.

Parking: 2 reserved parking spot is available for this unit. Your parking pass must be displayed at all times. No Recreational Vehicles are allowed on premises such as motor homes, boats, travel trailers or personal watercrafts.

Smoking Policy: No smoking anywhere inside the unit.
No smoking on the outdoor balcony.
$250 fee automatically charged to violators.

Pet Policy: No pets allowed in this unit.

Quiet Hours: Quiet time must be respected from 11pm-7am.
