Home away from home Emerald Isle 303 is a GOLD rated three-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Front vacation rental located in N. Redington Beach. This lovely 3rd floor vacation rental includes a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach.

Vacation rental 303 offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with everything you need to enjoy dining at home. Smart TVs in the living room and all 3 bedrooms. Wi-Fi access. Telephone with free local calls is also provided.

Sleeping accommodations include King beds in each bedroom. Bathrooms offer a walk-in shower in the master bath and shower/tub combo in the guest bathroom.

Central heat, air conditioning and ceiling fans. Washer and Dryer.

No Smoking. Saturday only arrivals in peaks seasons. Maximum occupancy: 6 persons (including infants). One parking space.


CHECK-IN STARTS AT 4PM (Regardless of what it may state elsewhere) CHECK-OUT BY 10AM

Yearly area visit

The condo was clean, and nicely decorated. Everything you needed to cook if you wanted to. All properties in this area are still recovering from the recent hurricanes, so the pool was not reopened, but the beach was beautiful as always. It was nice to have new beach chairs in the closet. The property management girls were Very nice and helpful, replying immediately to any questions.This property is small, and in the process of repairing the damage from the hurricanes. The inside was all redone, and up to date.

Loved the location and the condo!

The condo was super clean and the view was spectacular! The only issue that we had was that we were only given one key to the building and one key for the condo. We had 5 adults in the 3 bedroom condo and when a couple went for a walk on the beach, we had to constantly coordinate schedules so that we could get back in the building. Also, we only had one parking spot for a 3 bedroom condo and had to park the other car down the street at my brothers place about a half mile away. So...if you have one car and one family that stays together the entire week, this condo is just perfect!

1st time in North Redington Beach

Nothing but good things to say about this condo! Great size, very very clean and modern bathrooms! Beautiful view from spacious deck!!!! Everything you need in the kitchen and plenty of towels in the bathrooms. Nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit. Close to everything you need!

Quiet Beach Paradise

Late arrival instructions were easy to follow. Condo was clean with a beautiful oceanfront balcony. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Emerald Isle has fewer units than other complexes in the area making it more private. It was a secure building with keys for the gates to the building, pool, and beach, however our gate keys were tricky and didnā€™t always work. We would definitely stay there again.

Paradise in May

We normally stay in Indian Shores/Indian Rocks and have stayed in various locations from St.Pete Beach to Clearwater Beach. I have to say that this property was definitely our favorite so far. The view was amazing and the sunsets were spectacular. The property felt safe and secure which was important to us. The condo was spacious, comfortable, and had plenty of linens and kitchen supplies. We had a wonderful time and will be returning.

Sand Sea and Serenity!!

We loved the property!! It was clean and spacious. We could see, hear and smell the ocean daily. The condo had sand chairs, a beach umbrella, coolers etc. There were plenty of towels and a great laundry area to wash towels when they ran low! We appreciated everything!!

Girls get away

The property was very nice, although it needs a good cleaning! The exhaust vents in hall bathroom are really bad. The patio door lock is broken and will not lock. The locks on the door to unit and door to lobby are hard to get to work with the keys and was a struggle all week. The staff was very friendly and resolved our TV issue right away. Would stay here again.

Grandparents Trip

My mom, Nana, Papaw, and I spent a week in this beautiful condo. There is so much space and we loved that we all had rooms with a king bed. The beds were very comfortable. The balcony was our favorite as it was very spacious and had the best views. The condo was extremely clean and had everything we needed from in the kitchen to plenty of towels in the bathrooms. The condo is extremely close to the beach and we absolutely loved that. It was only 30 steps from the gate to our chairs on the beach. We loved having rental chairs available right in front and that service was the best weā€™ve ever had. The privacy and quietness of this condo was perfect. The parking space being right out the back door and covered was also very nice. We couldnā€™t have asked for a more perfect place to stay and a perfect trip. This trip will be one we will never forget.

This property was all you could want and more, beautiful condo had everything you needed plus some only complaints we had was the remodeling of the unit right above banging allday everyday till 9 pm and the smoking policy your on vacation you should be able to sit on your balcony and enjoy a smoke if you want one!!!

Nice rental with great view

This was a lovely rental unit right on the beach. The check in and check out process was easy with no problems. This unit has an unobstructed beach view in a quiet area. It was easy to go to and from the beach anytime we wanted. The unit also included a reserved covered parking spot. The actual unit had 3 bedrooms each with comfortable king sized beds and everything we needed. There is a nice sized pool and an outdoor shower to rinse off sand as well. Overall we had a great time and would definitely consider this location again. If you are looking for an atmosphere like Panama City Beach you will need to go elsewhere but if youā€™re wanting a quiet location with a lovely view, this is perfect.

Fantastic property!

We had a fantastic stay. The location is beautiful and the beach is not crowded. I particularly loved being able to sit at the pool while the kids swam and still have a great view of the ocean. Sunsets were beautiful from the beach and the balcony! The reserved parking spot under the building was nice because the car was never hot from sitting in the sun. We used the beach chairs, umbrella, and beach toys that were previously left in the condo which was great. Overall best condo we have stayed in.

Wonderful location, up to date condo decor

Everything you need is here! Nice and pieceful. Furnishings are so pretty and coastal. Enjoyed the large balcony every night at sunset! Even saw dolphins swimming at dusk. Bought some beach cheats at the local Walmart for others to use.

Great View, Lots of space, Very Clean

This is a great 3 bedroom condo. Great view, good location. I loved the layout with the Living and dining room getting the gulf view. Everything was very clean, comfortable beds, lots of towels. Would definitely go back!
