A dining table adjoining the kitchen comfortably fits six people and the living space provides plenty of seating. The outdoor balcony offers uncompromising views of Madeira Beach, one of the best beaches in all of Florida, and serves as a perfect place to enjoy spectacular sunsets after a fun filled day.

The master bedroom has a king bed and the second guestroom has two queen sized beds. Both are spacious with adjoining bathrooms, offering plenty of closet dresser drawer space. The third bedroom has one queen bed, making this a perfect spot for larger families. Kitchen utensils, linens, extra towels and pillows are stocked for your visit and washer and dryer are here for your convenience. Free Wifi and two parking spots are also provided with this unit.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (copying and print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home.
