Perfect beach getaway spot!

I traveled with a friend to Indian Rocks Beach for the first time. We usually stay in Clearwater. This is our new go to rental! The apartment was spotless and had absolutely everything that we needed, including beach chairs and beach towels, a cooler, beach games and an umbrella, an iron and ironing board (which we did not use), a hair dryer, and even various suntan lotions left by previous guests. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed (bring your own coffee). I slept on the pull out couch that was very comfortable. There was a large TV as well but we never turned it on,. The location was IDEAL! A 2 minute walk took us right to the beach and since there was not public parking, the beach was not crowded and very peaceful. There is also a convenience store within 2 minutes where we were able to pick up all the essentials we needed for our stay.The onsite manager texted me the day we were arriving to make sure that we has everything we needed. This was an absolutely perfect spot and we plan to stay here again next year.

Great little space away from home!

This was a great experience all around! Perfect for the 2 of us and its within walking distance to the beach. Literally 5 min walk. And there is cross walks between streets so you arent waiting awhile. Owner is responsive and attentive to needs of his customers and if he can be reached property management was there! Would give 10 stars

The condo was fine with exception of the furniture. The bed was lousy no boxspring and hard matress. The couch was also very uncomfortable.

Good. Nothing Above and Beyond, but good location.

This property was fairly as advertised. However, it was a bit older looking then the pictures show. The bathtub has a lot of wear and tear. I was also unhappy with the lack of typical amenities- they house had no body wash, shampoo, or hair dryer. We were only given a half full bottle of hand soap for a whole week. Otherwise, the location was great. Prefect to walk to get public beach access. It was a comfortable place, just nothing spectacular.

Toilet Paper and Ceiling Fan Light in Bedroom

Hello, My dad stayed for the week. The place was great but my dad had to go get his own toilet paper and just so you are aware, the light and the ceiling fan in the bedroom didn't work. As my dad is older, maybe better directions for the TV. Thank you again and I would recommend your place!

Well positioned location

The location of the apartment is very well positioned, if you want peaceful family location. Clearwater is very close, 15 minute car ride, St Pete is a little bit further, with 25 - 30mph it takes eternity to get there. The local beach is 5 - 6 minutes walking distance. It is not pretty as Clearwater or Siesta Key beaches, but is good enough and is not crowded as two mentioned. The sand is the same, white powder. It is good for swimming, kid's sand playing. The neighborhood is very nice and very quite. You can hear crickets during the night. There are few nice restaurant in the close proximity, be sure to go there before 5pm to avoid waiting time. If you want night life, Clearwater or Siesta Key are the places to go. If you want nice and peaceful family getaway Indian Rock Beach is the right choice. I've been satisfied with the staying. The apartment is in a good condition and a king size bed is great.

Great location one block from the (quiet area) beach, a quick walk distance. Reasonably priced for the location. Although a little old, clean and good condition. Since we spent the majority of the time outside, it was excellent for spending the evenings. The property manager Jay and his wife promptly responded our questions.
