Peaceful 2BR/2BA condo is steps/elevator away from crystal clear water and beautiful white sandy beach. No need to cross any streets - great for families with kids! Eastern exposure balcony provides beautiful sunrises, shaded afternoons and a nice view of the pool - great for chilling out. Sleeps 6 comfortably. Master: King bed, 2nd BR: 2 full beds. 2 Bathrooms with tub and showers. Open space Living Room and Dining areas. Fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and Breakfast Bar. Linens and towels provided...all you need to do is show up with your swimsuit. We even provide Beach Towels! Cable TV, Free Wi/Fi, Free Long Distance phone service (U.S./Canada); laundry facilities on each floor. 1 reserved parking spot. Non-Smoking/No Pets. Elevator access. Private pool area with lounges. You just need to show up with a swimming suit. Beach just down the elevator or stairs. Easy access to many popular attractions in the Tampa Bay area as well as local shopping, restaurants and Tampa airports is 30 minutes away. Four-night minimum stay during non-peak season. Holiday weeks and peak season: 7-night min stay.

I was disappointed in the cleanliness. The rug was filthy. We moved the dresser in the master to find the plug for light and there were underwear right behind it. The beach chairs were grungy and need a clean. I could not relax here. Great location.

Host was good and the place was well stocked with amenities like towels and some beach items. Also the kitchen was very nice. Only issue is the shades were missing blinds so it let a good chunk of light in.

Exceeded our expectations!

My family and I were looking for a place directly on the beach (no having to cross a road please) that had two bedrooms (no pull out sofa) and was convenient to Tampa for Busch Gardens, St. Petersburg for the Dalí Museum and Bradenton for minor league baseball. Not only did this condo have what we needed, it went above and beyond. There were two full beds in the second bedroom and there were two bathrooms. There also were beach chairs and umbrellas for us to use and a large balcony. There were small touches like charging outlets in the bedrooms and nightlights in the bathrooms that were greatly appreciated and made the condo feel like home! Thanks you so much for sharing your condo with us!!

Had an amazing time with the family. Sunrises from the balcony, sunsets just walking out to the beach! Clean and fully equipped with everything we needed inside and even for the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was nice. We changed the air filter and remote batteries as it was dirty and the remote wasn’t working. Thanks for always being quick to respond. The beds were very comfortable too.

Graduation Trip

This was a trip planned to celebrate our graduating high school. So this meant a lot to us. I do not have much to say about this property, my stay was horrible and I have already discussed this with the correct people. It was not clean, things that were mentioned in the book provided for guest to go over for the property were not found, like cleaning supplies. Also we were never told about a Alexa smart device, which I thought was supposed to mentioned, the laundromat machines didn’t work properly. We had barely enough toilet tissue to last a week for both bathrooms, we had one roll of paper towels, and two kitchen trash bags. However, the number one issue was the black mold found in the patio storage closet, and the large crack in the ceiling that was about to cave in due to water damage from a busted pipe and the corroded water heater. We only found it because that’s where the beach chairs were at. The water damage was also in the condo, because the padding from the carpet was removed near the dining room, and put back. The carpet was rippled and you could feel it when you walked in that area. Truly the only thing positive I have to say about this trip is I enjoyed the people that stayed here in these condominiums. They were kind and friendly. We chose this area because it was family oriented and small. I just feel disappointed and even a little sad. I never felt my family’s wellbeing even mattered.

Perfect place and beach

Condo was very clean and perfect size for our group of 4. The location was perfect! Is right on the Beach and the atmosphere was so relaxing and peaceful. This area of the beach has more mature beach goers who are all so friendly. We were so close to several great restaurants and the most amazing ice cream shop called Little Island Ice Cream- very friendly staff and the best flavors of ice cream. We will definitely be back.

Oceanfront Getaway

We had such a great stay at the condo. The location is right on the ocean, so no crossing busy roadways, which is very convenient. We also appreciated having the pool at this property-it was very clean and had plenty of lounge chairs. The condo was just as listed and pictured. We would definitely stay again and recommend!

Would recommend

This condo was just as decribed. It is right on the beach which was so nice. The pool was very clean,and the grounds were immaculate. The closet on the balcony had many beach chairs, unbrellals, and sand toys. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 beacause the rug in the master bedroom needs to be replaced, and there wasn't a lot of towels. We had to pay 6 to wash and dry them. The communication from the owner was good, check in very easy. Sharkeys is within walking distance. There were other places like The Salt Rock which would be a much longer walk. I would stay here again.

Unit was clean and roomy. Only downside was that the patio overlooks the road.

The stay was enjoyable and comfortable. Every thing we needed for the week was provided in the condo. The only thing missing was a beach view, but that was my fault as I assumed the condo had a view, but I never inquired about it with the owner. We adjusted to that and had a nice visit.

Christmas Trip

It was me and my kids. It was our first family vacation. First time to the beach for the youngest. It was our first trip after losing my middle child. So there were a lot of firsts for us, The condo was clean and comfy. It didn’t have a beach view as I thought it did but that was my fault must of read it wrong but the beach was just on the other side, so that was nice. We were there for 6 days and there was a lot of early morning construction half of those days that woke everyone up by 7am. That was a little frustrating. The place to eat in the welcome package, well 3 of those were closed So it was a little harder finding somewhere local. All in all it was a pretty good trip and we were thankful for the family getaway. And the safe and cozy place we had to stay.

Perfect Location for a chill beach trip

Condo had everything you needed to hop off a plane and head to the beach. Check in process was easy and clearly delivered. Guide book in the condo was helpful finding places to eat!
