Location and cleanliness of the property and unit are outstanding. A perfect spot to enjoy the pristine beach just steps away, and short drive to multiple restaurants and tiki bars up and down the Gulf coast. This was our second visit to the property, and we will definitely return.

Construction ON the beach the entire time that we were there. I contacted the Management Team several times and was told "we will look into this tomorrow". I had to continue contacting them throughout the stay. On another note, the condo is much smaller than shown in picture. There wasn't any room on balcony to sit comfortably. Would not book again!!!

We stayed for a long weekend to celebrate our 30th anniversary. Although it is a small space (which we expected), it is arranged well and plenty roomy for two! The view is A-MAZ-ING. It was very clean, and the towels were luxurious. The beach was not crowded and nearly empty on a Saturday afternoon. The beach had many smaller shells and we also found shark teeth. Although there is no oven, the microwave and toaster oven are large. We enjoyed our celebration.

The view was outstanding!!! The property was clean inside and outside. It was an amazing view of the sunrise and sunsets right from the unit or on the balcony. The beach was not crowded as the beach access was somewhat exclusive. It’s not a fancy place to stay but it had everything you might need. You should go!

Great condo right on the beach

This condo was perfect for a couple. It was right on the beach with a full beach view. We were blessed with excellent sunset views nightly.The kitchen and bath had all essential amenities. We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella, a necessity in July. Very clean and quiet throughout our stay. Our only wish was wanting a bigger balcony-there are 2 chairs, but no space for a small table. We made it work! The condo is about 15 minutes from Clearwater and close to Indian Shores.

Make This Right!

The location and the views were excellent but the room accommodations fell short. Not worth what I paid at all. Starting with cleanliness; walking into unit the smell is best described as old/musty, the shower had someone else’s hair on the wall, the bath cabinet drawers had dirty handprints on them, gross mildew along the sink, and the exterior of the fridge wasn’t clean. Your description of “Premium bedding” is totally incorrect. Yes it’s a king bed however the mattress is completely worn out. If you try to sleep in the middle of the mattress you roll down into the holes on either side. Waking up to a backache if you were lucky enough to fall asleep, is what you get. The balcony is so tiny that it was difficult for two adults to sit comfortably and there is a large crack above you on the ceiling so it didn’t look safe to be on the balcony. The unit needs an updated coffee maker-get a coffee pod maker (we brought ours from home). Then there was the swimming pool which is way too small for the number of units on this property. It was more the size of a watering hole to dip your toes in. Yes there is the Gulf as your alternative but our four nights at this property was not and is not worth 2400 minus Verbo’s 230 fee. This is the most disappointing accommodations I’ve ever experienced. For this kind of money I expected a minimum of a clean unit top to bottom, a great nights sleep on premium bedding (as advertised) w/out backaches. Sandy Feet please make this right!

Bellaire Beach Bliss

Condo was as pictured and Mohr. Easy check-in and easy checkout. Host was available instantaneously. Balcony was nice for morning coffee and evening beverages watching the spectacular sunset. Pool was nice to have as well. Private beach was literally steps away. We had a beautiful time. We’ll be back again.

Quick get-away

Unit is smaller than it appears. Balcony was so small it barely accommodated 2 chairs. Parking lot was used as a tail-gaiting area by other residents which made parking difficult to navigate. Not enough kitchen hand towels. Were frequent travelers and were a tad disappointed with little nuances that were missing. The beach access was fabulous when you did not have to worry about someone casting a line on top of you. It served the purpose for the few days we were there.

Pure bliss

The property was very well maintained.Was very clean and the view of the beach was gorgeous. Could watch the sunset right off the balcony! Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Perfect spot

This was the perfect oceanside spot! We were so close to the beach, and our condo had great views. We love how the chairs on the balcony were high so that we had an unobstructed view of the Ocean. We loved being so close to Clearwater, but appreciated that Belleair Beach is much less crowded. We would definitely look to book again.

Beach getaway

Awesome place to stay will be back again. Love the location and the closeness to the beach. Just need to add a washer/ dryer and that would really help. Overall Awesome place.

Great beach access

The place had quick and easy beach access which is what we were after. It was smaller than we expected, but clean and cozy. Our setbacks were the rickety chairs on the patio and we had no ice except for one tiny ice tray in the freezer. They advertised an ice machine.

Quiet Beach

This property was wonderful. The view was an obstructed view of the ocean. The beach was a few steps from the condo. The condo had everything you may need for the beach! The bed was very comfy. The beach had few people on it. The property manager was extremely helpful and responded immediately to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Cute little place

Very quaint little condo. Clean and a tad outdated. The views are insane I’ve never woken up and heard the ocean from my living room so that’s spectacular. The pool was a little gross a film floating on the water not sure if that was from sunblock. No umbrellas and it’s very small so not much room if there’s too many people. Actually never saw a pool that small. But other than that a nice place to stay.

Mom daughter getaway

The host is great at communicating and the location to the ocean is close. We had 40mph winds one day and still had a wonderful sunset from our windows. The unit was clean but it is dated somewhat and the electrical room around the corner had a beeping going on the entire time and the elevator inspection is way out of date. I would stay with this host again and looking at some of the other properties. This unit is cozy for 2 people but more than that with a shared closet with the beach stuff might get tight. Again great views and wonderful access to beach.

The place was absolutely beautiful, my only recommendation would be lights on the back patio part , you can’t even see the grill when it gets dark …(that’s not the condo owner’s fault) I think the entire building needs light on the back part facing ocean
