*** UDPATED 7/5/2025 - ELEVATOR AND CONSTRUCTION STATUS: The elevator is currently out of service due to an unexpected mechanical issue. After a thorough inspection, the elevator company has determined that a new clutch is required for safe and proper operation. We understand how inconvenient this may be, especially for those with mobility concerns, and we sincerely apologize for the disruption. Please know that every effort is being made to complete the necessary repairs as quickly and efficiently as possible. The current estimated timeline for the repairs is approximately 8 days. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to restore service. We are frustrated as well.
CONSTRUCTION. Construction is anticipated to start July 7, 2025 and I will keep this updated as I know. Currently the unit is blocked thru mid-August for construction purposes. If you have any questions about future dates and construction, please message us. CURRENT RATES are DISCOUNTED construction rates. We will be updating the rates when construction is finished. During Contruction the neighboring pool is open to our guests.
*** 5/28/2025 ELEVATOR STATUS: We have been told the elevator is anticipated to be up and running by end of June. We apologize for the inconvenience this long period of time. ** 5/10/2025 Pool is OPEN, Elevator hopefully will be functional by mid-July - HOWEVER construction will be happening on the exterior of the building from July - November. It will be loud during the day but not evenings. Possibly Saturdays. Discounted rates are listed during those dates.
** 3/20/2025 The elevator is just awaiting one more item and it will be function. It was tested and it works but waiting for the official go ahead. We're hoping only a few more days!
