The kitchen and bathroom are updated with granite and high-end appliances, including a microwave, double oven, and double dishwasher. The bathroom has both a step-in shower and a clawfoot soaking tub. This unique condo has a washer/dryer in the unit. The condo has everything you need to make wonderful memories, have great meals, and just relax. The complex is professionally maintained and offers two pool area bathrooms, an outside shower with a paver deck, and a heated pool to be enjoyed year-round. Separate check-in location: Before going to the condo, guests must check in at the Plumlee Vacation Rental office at 411 2nd Street in Indian Rocks Beach. Your welcome packet will include your unit access information, parking pass, Wi-Fi details and arrival instructions. The reservation holder must sign the vacation rental agreement and present a government-issued photo ID and credit card.

Late and Sunday arrivals: Guests arriving after 5:30 p.m. or on Sunday may retrieve their welcome packet from the orange lockbox at the rental office. The reservation holder must complete check-in at the office on the next business day.

Additional guest perks: Complimentary weekday beach-cruiser bicycles are available from the Plumlee office. The office also offers complimentary oversized parking for boats and RV trailers.

Beach chairs, umbrellas and oversized beach towels are available to rent at check-in; current pricing is available from the rental office.
