Master Bedroom – An oversized suite with tons of natural light and charming coastal décor. The master features a king size bed set, desk and office chair (perfect for remote work during your stay!), smart TV and ensuite bathroom.

Second Bedroom – A second bedroom with queen size bed set, twin bunk bed and smart TV.

Check In: is 4:00 PM and Checkout is 10:00 AM. We cannot accommodate early check or late check out
Temperature: A/C is programmed to restrict any setting below 70 degrees in order to maintain proper maintenance per the recommendation from our HVAC technicians
Amenities: Cleaning company provides starter supplies of toiletries (toilet paper, paper towels), trash bags, dish soap
Parking: 3 parking spaces are available, 2 garage spaces and 1 space outside of the garage. Association does not allow any trailers or RV's on the premises
Pet Policy: No pets allowed
Accessibility: Accessible by 2 flights of stairs only, no elevator
Renter: Must be 25 years or older to rent & must sign rental agreement
