Park your car when you arrive and enjoy the vibrant downtown shops, restaurants, pubs, and cultural venues all within easy walking distance.This villa offers the perfect balance of quiet comfort and easy access to dining, shopping, and entertainment.
Ideal for couples or solo travelers, this villa features one queen bedroom, a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, and full laundry facilities. Both the living room and bedroom include large smart TVs with access to popular streaming platforms.
We welcome pets ā€” please let us know in advance if youā€™ll be bringing one. A $100 pet fee applies. Portable cribs and childrenā€™s amenities are available upon request. As with all our Villas by Christine homes, we provide beach gear including chairs, towels, and toys for your outings to nearby beaches and parks.

I had a week long business trip in FL and when hotels get tiresome I like to stay at VRBO. This was the perfect place for two days in Safety Harbor. (Would be good for longer stays too just mine was two days). It was right in safety harbor so I could walk to dinner in the evening and breakfast in the morning. Yet it was very quiet calm neighborhood. Christine was clear on communicating with me how to enter and where to park. Itā€™s a lovely location and I will definitely be back.

If youā€™re considering a stay in Safety Harbor, book this Villa! It was not only sparkling clean but also incredibly well-designed, creating a truly inviting and comfortable atmosphere. What set it apart, though, was how evident it was that the owners genuinely thought of everything. From the well-stocked kitchen to the thoughtful amenities, no detail was overlooked, which made our stay so much more enjoyable. Restaurants and shops are all within walking distance, and Publix is less than two miles away. Our stay was truly relaxing and we look forward to staying here again!

Just off Main St, this little villa was perfect for my wife and I for the weekend. Christine has done a great job with this property. Easy to find anything you need, everything you need to use is clearly marked. The porch set up is comfortable and quiet. Definitely a recommended spot to stay!

This Villa was so clean, so pretty, so fully stocked with anything we needed for our 10 day stay, just a delight to spend time at the Villa and in Safety Harbor. Excellent walking location to restaurants, museums, parks, the Bay, a really fun, neighborly and friendly town. Christine our host was the best - available to answer any questions any time (but we really didn't have any, everything was so easy to use, or figure out, or laid out so thoughtfully). We will definitely stay here again, one of the best VRBO properties I have ever stayed at!

This place was amazing!We stayed for 4 days/nights & truly enjoyed our time.This villa is absolutely stunning from the beautiful decor & layout to the incredible location. The villa is only minutes walking distance from Main St. where all the restaurants/bars & waterfront are located.Christine was a wonderful host. Very responsive and accommodating. She even had a bottle of wine, snacks & water for when we arrived.We highly recommend this place!We will definitely be coming back!Thank you Christine!

Love this place! Outdoor kitchen in the back and front covered patio with seating in front made outside living easy! Updated kitchen with everything you need for cooking. Home was spotless and you can see the attention to detail in everything! Would go back in a heartbeat. Cute yellow electric car to rent !

The owners have done an amazing job at setting. up their rental properties. Anything you may think you need is probably there. We brought coffee pods and it was a coffee pot and thankfully, they had coffee and filters. I left coffee to replace what we used but, it was nice to not have to run to the store as soon as we got there. Beautifully decorated and very clean. Highly recommend!

Minimal impact to Villa due to Hurrican Helene. Did have some of the downtown without power the first two days. Villa was very good. Would have liked a light above the bathroom sink rather than just the ceiling lights.

Very convenient location to Clearwater, Tampa and St. Pete. Beaches close too! Quaint waterfront town. Walking distance to main street but quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed walking our dog there. Owners nice and quick to respond to questions. Place was immaculate. No detail forgotten. Had everything you needed. Will definitely visit again!

I stayed here for a week in July on a business trip, and Christine's Villa added a whole lot of Pleasure! She was the perfect host, making sure that I had everything I needed without being at all intrusive. The property is exactly as advertised: small but well equipped with everything you might need as a single person (like me) or a romantic couple (we might be next time!). I particularly liked the barn doors that allow you to open up the space or partition it for privacy. In particular, the shower was an impressive surprise: large, tall and glass walled, it is much more than you might expect in a small property like this. As for location, it was perfect: a short walk from the hubbub and excitement of Main St., but far enough away to be quiet at night. It was too hot in July for me to take advantage of the comfortable front porch seating but that would be lovely in the cooler months. As for host Christine, it is a testament to her planning and preparation that I never had to reach out to her, other than to say "Thank You" when I left. Thank you for the stay, Christine. I hope to be back soon. Ian

The Harbor House was the perfect little get away for our stay! Everything went as expected, multiple tvā€™s to use, very clean and well kept, the rainfall shower was such a nice touch. I was delighted to meet one of the owners and get some insight on local dining establishments and activities, which everything suggested was great! Wish I had just a few more days. Will definitely stay here again if Iā€™m in the area!

Loved the place, very cute. Felt very spacious, too. Great outdoor kitchen and patio, and location could not have been better. We did not need the car at all to get to restaurants, bars, shop, or the marina in Safety Harbor. Owners are very nice as well. Definitely recommend!

Loved the fenced in private patio. Was our favorite hangout space. Everything you could possibly want in a rental was there. Everything was so organized and spelled out. They thought of everything! Such a pleasant Main Street with all the boutiques and restaurants. Happy it was so walkable and dog friendly.
