We had a great stay and couldn’t have had a better view from the location of the condo. Condo is very accommodating just steps from the sand and water. Would recommend the host and condo to anyone looking for a great vacation!

Location! Location! Location!

This property is a super find on the central gulf coast at a price that cannot be beat. It is right on the beach and convenient to shopping, dining, activities, and attractions. Restaurants, shops, and grocery stores (Winn Dixie and Publix) are a short drive (or even a manageable walk) away. The village and boardwalk at Johns Pass (again a short ride or 30 minute walk away) is where you can find restaurants, bars, shops, and activities such as deep sea fishing, sunset cruises, and boat and wave runner rentals. Although not the newest building on the beach, it is well maintained. It has an elevator and luggage carts available making your move in and out easy. The heated pool and beachfront sun deck are nice and the lounge chairs are comfortable The bathroom adjacent to the pool is convenient when spending time on the beach. And what a beach! Soft white sand, abundant shells, and easy to walk on as the sand packs nicely making a firm and stable surface. The unit itself has all the comforts you will need with a washer/dryer, dish washer, refrigerator with ice maker, stove, and microwave. The large open floorplan lets you see the gulf while cooking, dining, or relaxing in the living area. The bedrooms are furnished with comfortable beds and there are sufficient towels and bedding. The three TVs with basic cable allow everyone to watch what they want when the want. The balcony, which is accessible from both the living space and the master bedroom is the perfect place to unwind with your favorite beverage while enjoying a spectacular sunset each evening. One activity I would recommend is a day trip to Clearwater Marine Aquarium where the movie "Dolphin Tale" is set. Not your standard big fish tank, this unique establishment is a working marine rescue center and hospital where you can see dolphins, otters, turtles, sharks, rays, and other aquatic animals on the mend or enjoying their "retirement." Google it and see if this is something you may enjoy. The unit's owner is responsive, often replying to test messages in under an hour, and provides all the information you will need to have an enjoyable and affordable vacation.

Great! We enjoyed our stay & would definitely book there again!

When we arrived we had a couple of issues but we contacted Charles right away & resolved the problems within 24 hours! We had a wonderful vacation & hope to rent there again in the future!

Location, location, location

We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful sunsets and awesome ocean view, heated pool and beach. We loved walking to John’s Pass. The beds were very comfortable.

Great Condo and Location

I had some negative reviews about this condo/owner and let me assure you that nothing could be further from the truth. The condo was clean and painted in bright beach palettes. The proximity to the beach is awesome. Close to John’s Pass, dining and recreation. The pool was warm and immaculately clean. We will stay here again.

Location, great…outside ie pool n deck, good…view, amazing. BUT inside condo needs a lot of improvement . No towels in bathrooms upon arrival…dirty utensils in kitchen…dryer needs repairing…vertical blinds missing slats… no handle on balcony door…black mold under toilet rim…soiled upholstery…generally just needs a thorough cleaning

Amazing Family Vacation!

We had an amazing time! The property was nice and we greatly appreciated the beach toys and tent/umbrella. Its the small things but when you're traveling and have kids, having those items there is a huge benefit! We are very happy and can't wait to come back! Also, all of the other guests were so nice and several of them come back year after year which speaks volumes!

Nothing like the pictures- Everything is broken

Save yourself the time and money and find another property that is actually clean and everything works. To begin with, I texted the property manager a few days prior to our arrival and he never responded back. Then when we arrived I was very disappointed in how dirty the condo was. There were 2 reviews left on the counter that showed the exact same thing as ours. Apparently no one cared to take it, so we didn't leave ours, instead I'm writing a review. Pillow cases were dirty, showers were dirty, the light in the Master Bedroom shade was broken, the fan in the master bedroom didn't work. The dryer sounds like it's about to break. The floors were filthy. The towels look like they've been there for 20 years. They left you 1 garbage bag to use for the entire week. There was a vacuum in the condo and that was the only cleaning supply you had. I wasn't about to ruin my vacation to text him about things that were broken when they didn't have the decency to fix it from the prior reviews left here or the reviews left inside the condo. I know this place is more on the cheaper side, but I would never stay here for what you got. The only positive is that it's right on the beach, that is it... But there are also a million other places you can stay that are nicer than this that are directly on the beach. We will not be staying here again. And, I'm sure the owner will say something bad about us, as he has about everyone else who left him a poor review. Save your time, and book a different condo right on the beach.

Ant problem detracted from awesome view and location

The location of the condo and the view from the deck was outstanding! Madeira Beach is a great place to vacation. The condo was not as clean as we would prefer, but not terrible either. The main problem we encountered was an infestation of tiny ants in the kitchen. Thank goodness they seemed to be confined to the kitchen. They were crawling on all of the counter tops, refrigerator, inside the cabinets and drawers, etc... It was difficult to prepare meals without them getting into the food. Disgusting! We contacted the owner the first day we arrived and informed him of the situation. He said he would contact maintenance, but no one ever showed up. We went ahead and bought some ant traps and set them all around the kitchen, but it didn't seem to do much good. Other than that, the beds were comfortable, bathrooms nice, the large TV in the living room and the beach chairs were nice.

Great Location!

We loved our stay, the beach was beautiful and loved listening to the water from inside the property. The pool was clean and warm, which is great since the Gulf water is cold I. January. The condo all the amenities we needed and then some. Could use some updating, but that’s to be expected when so reasonably priced.

The location and view were perfect! The condo was in poor repair and in need of a deep clean. The kitchen had damaged cabinets and cheap utensils and needed more. The linens were not only cheap but also very worn, even ripped. The complex itself looked inviting and if updated this would be a wonderful condo.

A very enjoyable vacation

The location is awesome shopping shopping food everything is neverything is nearby. The only negative part what's the condo could have been much cleaner. I'm not saying pull the bed apart Or move the chairs or tables around , Just looking around Dust, The dishes weren't very clean pots and pans Things I feel should have been checked before signing off for a new guest. Would I stay there again YES most definitely!

great view for sunsets

We enjoyed our stay. great location. However the condo could have been a little cleaner especially the bathrooms. Lamps in livingroom needed repair and bulbs. Definitely needs updating. Cockroach on kitchen floor on our last night.
