The kitchen area includes counter seating and is equipped with a full-size refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, drip coffee maker, dishes, utensils, and cookware for preparing light meals and snacks. Please note, there is no dishwasher or oven. The spacious, updated bathroom features a walk-in shower, providing a comfortable place to freshen up after a day in the sun. Each suite includes one onsite parking pass. Tropic Terrace is a completely non-smoking property. There are no elevators, and stairs are required for access to upper-floor units. Shared coin-operated washers and dryers are also available onsite for guest convenience.
