Stayed in a lot of places at Pass A Grille Beach own a timeshare here unfortunately it was not repaired from the hurricane yet stayed here had a very enjoyable time would highly recommend

Great beach vibe directly accessible to the public beach. Owners failed to disclose the 20 blocks of beach were being renourished with sand from the gulf and itā€™s still not fully finished. The condo is pleasant and nicely maintained. The pool is heated and clean. Overall a nice place to relax.very

First timer and laid back relaxing vibe. 8 unit building around a heated pool and very convenient to bars and resteraunts. Perfect for two but also has pull out couch. Bottom floor some minor noise from upstairs unit but minimal. We love this area the best after trying Clearwater, Madeira Beach and Siesta Key previous years.

We really enjoyed our stay at this cute condo! Perfect location for walking to breakfast, dinners, bars! Watch the sunset from the patio! And the pool was also so nice for a break from the beach. Just loved it and would definitely stay there again!

Very nice condo on gulf way

We very much enjoyed our stay , the unit was as described , neat and clean and very comfortable. The bed in the bedroom is huge and comfortable! Our only concern was the pool deck being messy upon arrival but it was quickly corrected when mentioned! Great location , close to everything, and you can hear the ocean from the living room!

This is the third time I have stayed in this building. Second time in this condo. Condo is clean and perfect location. Only problem this time was the dog in unit 3 that was left in condo alone every evening to bark non stop. It barked nonstop even when tenents were at the pool. Could not enjoy the front porch at all if tenents were not there in their condo. Loved the condo. Dog next door, not so much.

Perfect Location

The Location was perfect. The pool was a wonderful. Condo and outdoor furniture/patio needed a good scrub: fire alarms going off in unit 6 times one morning at 0800 and there was no fire. Maintenance immediately and replaced all fire alarms. Maintenance guy was fantastic and nice! Iā€™m and out! Charles from ITrip wasnā€™t very helpful during booking or after. Wouldnā€™t answer any emails or questions I had. Never booked VRBO before and he was no help figuring it out.

Two weeks in paradise

We've been coming to Pass a Grille Beach for many years, this is our second time to stay in this location. We love this unit and all it has to offer fits us perfect. Owners are receptive and were open and responsive to suggestions. BTW we loved the new shower! We plan on being there again next year.

Nice stay except a few details

We had a nice stay at this condo. The location is perfect if you want to be in PassAGrille. The condo was spacious for our small family of 3. Having the full kitchen and laundry was nice. The pool area is smaller, but never seemed crowded. The only complaints we had was that the dishwasher makes a very loud sound and canā€™t be used when you are in the unit, and housekeeping rushed us out by actually entering 15-20 minutes before check out, and we had to do our last minute packing dodging them and hoping we got everything. They arrived an hour early and just stared at our place and us, and finally I asked them to wait until our actual check out time. They either didnā€™t understand or didnā€™t care. It was not a great way to end what was otherwise a nice stay.

Much needed getaway!!

We chose the Pass-a-Grille area to be away from all the tourists and crowds and it was perfect. The beach was just a short stroll across the road and we never felt crowded on the beach. We had the pool to ourselves when we chose to sit there too. We found the seafood market a few blocks away and cooked all meals at the condo. The pans were not the best but we were able to make do. The bed has a very soft topper but the king size was nice. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the quiet area.

Great Place

The property is a great spot. Have stay in this condo several times and will go there again. We have stay in two of the units and they were both roomy and well kept. Had an issue with the air conditioner this time but we call the maintenance number and it was taken care of quickly. Great spot. Great vacation.
