While the location was great and met our expectations, we were extremely disappointed in the lack of upkeep of the property and the lack of response to our repeated requests for repairs. The primary bedroom's bathroom sink became stopped up after only minimal use and when we called to get some plumbing help, we were promised someone would come to repair it, they never did. The sink in the second bathroom had a broken cold water tap from the moment we arrived, and again, no one came to repair it (we stayed five days). The bathtub stoppers were both missing or not working. The carpets throughout are dirty and really need to be replaced. When we arrived, the elevator to the building was broken, which is unfortunate, as we were staying on the fifth floor (which meant with the ground floor, we had to climb six fights of stairs with all our stuff for the first two days of our stay. Overall, a disappointing stay for what we expected.
