Home Away from Home - Vacation Rental Beach Palms 409 is a Gold Tier Gulf Front fourth floor condo with a view of Gulf and our white sugar sand beach. Spacious Living area with fun decor. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for making great meals at home. Three bedrooms and two full baths. The main bedroom and living room with adjoining patio. Flat Screen Cable TVs in the living room and all bedrooms, telephone with free local US and Canada America calls along with free Wi-Fi are also provided.

Sleeping accommodations include one king bed in the main bedroom, a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom and a queen bed in the third bedroom. The updated main bathroom has a single sink vanity, a walk-in shower and a separate tub. The 2nd bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Washer and Dryer.

The Beach Palms Resort amenities include Front desk NEXT DOOR for easy check-in, Gulf Front swimming pool, sundeck, Charcoal grills, free assigned parking under building (ONE space only), TWO elevators, stairs, pool restrooms and outdoor shower. Check-out maid service included. Bed Linens and bath towels are provided as well as beach towels.

Maximum occupancy: 6 persons (including infants). It is a Saturday Arrival and Departure 7-night minimum stay Smoke-Free Vacation Rental with 1 Parking Space Only. Sorry No Pets, trailers, RVs or boats.
