The private furnished balcony overlooks the Gulf of Mexico, beachfront pool, and sugar white sand. Accessible from both the living room and primary bedroom, this inviting outdoor space is perfect for morning coffee, afternoon relaxation, and colorful Gulf Coast sunsets.

Inside, the open living area offers comfortable seating, elevated coastal decor, a flat-screen cable TV, and large sliding glass doors that bring the beachfront views into the condo. The adjoining dining area provides plenty of seating for family meals, while the spacious layout makes it easy for everyone to gather after a day on Indian Shores Beach.

Updated in 2022, the fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, generous cabinet and counter space, and a Keurig coffee maker. Prepare breakfast before heading to the beach, pack snacks for a day by the shore, or enjoy a relaxed dinner at the condo.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, balcony access, a flat-screen cable TV, and an ensuite bathroom. The upgraded primary bathroom includes a double sink vanity, a walk-in shower, and a separate soaking tub. The second bedroom also offers a king bed, while the third bedroom features a queen bed. Both guest bedrooms include flat-screen cable TVs and share a full hallway bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Beach Palms 209 includes free WiFi, cable television in the living room and all three bedrooms, central heating and air conditioning, ceiling fans, an in-unit washer and dryer, and free local calls within the United States and Canada. Bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, and check-out housekeeping service are also provided.

The Beach Palms community offers direct beach access, a heated Gulf front swimming pool, a spacious sun deck, charcoal grills, poolside restrooms, an outdoor shower, two elevator systems, and stairs. Cabana and beach umbrella rentals are available on the beach. The JC Resorts front desk is conveniently located next door for an easy check-in experience.

Located in Indian Shores, Beach Palms is centrally positioned between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach. Guests are close to Gulf Boulevard restaurants, local shops, watersports, family friendly attractions, and the neighboring beach communities of Indian Rocks Beach and North Redington Beach.

A seven-night stay with Saturday arrival and departure is required. Maximum occupancy is six guests, including infants. One assigned garage parking space is provided; additional vehicles, trailers, RVs, and boats are not permitted. This is a non-smoking and pet-free vacation rental. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
