Beach Cottage 405 Lovely Gulf Front 1 Bed1 Bath Condo

Home Away from Home -Beach Cottages II 405 is a Silver rated one-bedroom, one-bath Gulf front vacation rental located in Indian Shores. This spacious 4th-floor vacation rental includes a private Gulf Front balcony with access from the living room and bedroom with a direct view of our beautiful sugar sand beach, pool and hot tub with lots of deck.

Vacation rental 405 offers a beautiful full size, a fully-equipped kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances and everything you need to enjoy dining at home. Flat Screen Cable TVs in the living room and bedroom, telephone with free local US and Canada calls and Free Wi-Fi are also provided.

Sleeping accommodations include a king in the bedroom and a full size pull out in the living room. The bathroom has a double sink vanity and walk-in shower. Washer/dryer, Central heat/ air conditioning along with ceiling fans. Bed linens and bath towels provided as well as beach towels.

One assigned/covered parking space. Saturday only arrivals in peak seasons. Smoke Free, No pets and Maximum occupancy 4 persons (including infants).



CHECK-IN STARTS AT 4PM (Regardless of what it may state elsewhere) CHECK-OUT BY 10AM

Good experience

Great visit to Florida. The condo was clean and tastefully decorated as pictured. We found plenty of restaurants that had re-opened since the Fall hurricane and also made good use of the huge pool & patio area

Relaxing getaway

Love the location, beach access, sunsets and pool. Many delicious restaurants close by. Condo was perfect size for the 2 of us. Truly enjoyed every minute

Beautiful condo that was supplied with everything we needed. Great ocean view from the balcony. Easy walks to restaurants and coffee shops. Enjoyed a relaxing time. Would highly recommend this condo.

Long overdue vacation

No complaints about the stay. The only thing missing was a cooler, so we bought one and left it for the next guests. Very relaxing and necessary vacation time.

Absolutely gorgeous!

This unit is absolutely stunning and was perfect for the 3 of us. My son (9) had a blast and loved opening the doors and gates for us, with the codes. We loved the family atmosphere of the entire complex, nothing like a resort at all. We had a total of 12 traveling with us and it was so easy to get around to each unit and meet in the garage or at the beach. We had a great vacation and would highly consider this unit again if we planned to visit the area again.

The place was lovely top to bottom and simple things like having your own parking space undercover was a great touch. The building and grounds were kept to a very high standard and having gas BBQ saved a lot of hassle and time. The check in and out was quick and easy with friendly staff all around if you needed anything. A very pleasurable trip

Shower access and safety

We booked this condo because of the the shower seat seen in the photo. My husband is handicapped. There was no shower safety bar. The shower head was replaced by management with one having a long hose.

The only thing lacking was beach chairs, but you could rent for $175 for the week right out front of the condo. We left a cooler and a beach chair to sit down by the water in. The bed was a little uncomfortable, so we purchased a foam topper for one side of the bed to help with how firm the mattress was and left it there as well. Would definitely stay here again, loved how quiet the area was.

Start up Items

The overall place and stay was wonderful but the kitchen didn't have any paper towels, trash bags, soap (dish or dishwasher), dish towels, or a dish cloth. I understand I'm responsible for providing additional disposable products as needed but there weren't even any small amounts to even start with and I had to buy a dish towel and dish cloth.

The bed in the couch uncomfortable as well. Condo was not well stocked so bring paper towel, dish soap, laundry soap, foil, saran wrap, baggies etc. We bought all this stuff and left most of it there. Pool was lovely and warm. Very quiet area.

Sofa is extremely difficult to get out of. Recliners were awesome! Kitchen was well stocked. We bought a small frying pan since the ones available had been scraped badly. Beach was beautiful, just wish the unit came with some beach chairs. Overall, a great place. Management should provide a map on how to get to pool and beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second year we’ve stayed here. We made some suggestions last year and we appreciated that most of them were addressed. Beach cottages was filled with people but it’s so nice and quiet in our condo. The staff at sand dollar Jc resorts were always so nice and helpful. We had a couple issues with our TVs and they resolved it quickly. I did mention tv upgrades would be nice but definitely a new spectrum remote in living room. I forgot to tell them that. We booked again for next year.
