Clearwater Beautiful

First time in Clearwater and lucked out with the Sugar Sands festival. Absolutely loved our stay. Condo was squeaky clean, beautiful views, comfortable furniture in every room, including the porch. I loved sitting on the patio with my coffee every morning. Also appreciated it was on the 2nd floor and the parking was so convenient. I really loved being able to walk to the many shops and dining options. It was hard to believe how affected the area was by the hurricanes because it was beautiful every where we went. Thank you for such an incredible vacationā€¦we will be back next year!

Weā€™ve been to a lot of beach rentals over the years, but this was the nicest one we ever stayed at. The location and view were outstanding. The property also had everything you could want - even beach toys, chairs and a small cooler. Thank you

Five Stars All Around!

Our stay at this beach condo was nothing short of perfect. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the locationā€”just steps from the sand and within walking distance to amazing restaurants, shops, and entertainment. Waking up to the sound of waves and enjoying coffee on the balcony with an gulf view was an absolute dream.The condo itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we could possibly needā€”from beach towels and chairs to a fully equipped kitchen. The amenities were top-notch: we loved the pool and easy parking.What truly set this place apart was the host. They were incredibly thoughtful and responsive, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed without ever being intrusive. Every little detail was taken care of, making our vacation stress-free and relaxing.We canā€™t recommend this place enough. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we canā€™t wait to come back!

Clearwater Beach

Our young family had a terrific time at the condo. It was in a perfect location, far enough away from the big resorts and all their cabanas crowding the beach but close enoigh for us to walk to all of it. Condo was clean, pool was warm, grill worked. Communication with hosts was perfect. If and when we return to the area we will stay here again. Great experience!

Beautiful area. We loved the pool and easy access to the beach. With the hurricanes property manager kept us updated on conditions of our area. Only negative was we did have to spray for ants. Did fix the issue. We didnā€™t have an issue with stairs but was not told elevator was out of order. Despite this, we would definitely come back!!!!

Best view in clearwater!

This was the perfect location. Quieter beach area but close to restaurants and the pier. The unit was stocked with everything you could possibly need and was extremely clean. Not a spec of dirt to be found. The beds were comfortable. The host was so nice and accommodating. I cant wait for my next trip back!

Great location & very well equipped

The condo is in a great location. Beach access is right outside the building. The condo isnā€™t in the thick of things so the beach isnā€™t crowded, but itā€™s walking distance to all the shops & restaurants & the pier. The place is really well equipped with beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, sand toys and everything you could possibly need. Very clean and just like the pictures. Overall a great place for a family vacation!

Most amazing view!

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. We were here for my daughter to attend camp at aquarium for the week. The location of the condo was perfect. The view was amazing. Walking distance to stores and restaurants. The owner was very communicative and welcoming. Even offered suggestions for places to eat in the area. Will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend!

A Gem!

We recently stayed in Clearwater Beach and really enjoyed our accommodations. The condo was sparkling clean, very comfortable, and covered all of the basic needs plus many extras such as access to beach towels & chairs, umbrellas and coolers. The location is perfect for the beach and close to many restaurants, bars, and activities. Dolores was very prompt in responding to any communication. We definitely plan to return for a longer stay in the future.

Home Away From Home Perfected!

This beautiful condo made our familyā€™s spring break trip complete. It was so very clean and well appointed. The owners thought of every possible need and was most accommodating with communication as well. The condo is conveniently located within walking distance of downtown and many shops and restaurants but yet far enough away to be quiet and peaceful at the same time. As mentioned in other reviews, the sunsets seen from the balcony were one of the highlights of our trip. Our only regret was that we didnā€™t stay longer. Hope everyone enjoys this lovely condo and Clearwater as much as we did!

March Break Getaway

An amazing location step from the beach! Sitting on the balcony with a morning coffee, reading or watching the sunset was my favourite spot. Dolores and Ezra are wonderful hosts and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!!
