Kitchen: Stunningly updated, contemporary kitchen with granite countertops. Amenities include smart 4 door French door refrigerator, reverse osmosis water faucet, electric smart wall oven, built in quick-cook oven/microwave, ceramic induction cooktop with vented hood, dishwasher, stainless drip coffee maker, 4 slice toaster, XL griddle, KitchenAid mixer, crockpot, and Ninja blender. Fiesta plates, bowls, mugs as well as plenty of glasses, flatware, pots, pans and cooking tools are provided.

Dining Area: Comfy dining area complete with gulf views, and an XL rectangular acacia wood table for up to 8 with both dining chairs and a sectional bench with cushions.

Living Room: The stylish living area boasts an abundance of light thanks to its extra high ceilings and wall to wall windows with gulf views. Features include a 75-inch flat-screen smart TV with Roku, Bose soundbar, a cozy Haverty's sectional sofa with 2 power recliners and swivel chair, coffee table, elegant accents/wall art, and balcony access with ample seating and a staircase leading directly down to the beach.

Bedroom #1: The plush master suite features stunning views out to the gulf, a king sized bed, full-size sleeper sofa, flat screen TV with Roku, dresser, nightstands with charging stations and en-suite bathroom.

Bathroom #1 (En-suite): Features oversized walk-in shower with dual shower heads, recycled glass vanity top with double sinks, a spacious closet, and separate water closet/toilet area.

Bedroom #2: Offers a king sized bed, nightstands with charging stations, walk-in closet with built-in dresser/storage, flat screen TV with Roku and en-suite bathroom.

Bathroom #2 (En-suite): The second full bathroom is en-suite to the guest bedroom and has a tiled tub/shower combo and single vanity with mirror.

Bedroom #3: Provides an additional room for sleeping and/or workspace. Pull-down full-sized Murphy bed, desk, computer, flat-screen monitor, keyboard, mouse, webcam, and ergonomic Steelcase office chair. Located on the main floor.

1/2 Bath: The half bath includes a toilet and sink.

Laundry: XL capacity washer and dryer, central vacuum and utility area are conveniently located on the main level.

Beach Closet: A large selection of beach gear including folding beach chairs, a cooler, wagon, umbrellas, boogie boards, and sand surf toys.

Under Building: Shared outdoor shower and covered parking space.

Important Information

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit or anywhere on the property. No illegal substances on the premises.
2. No parties or events.
3. No unapproved pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. Adhere to the local noise ordinances.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day and lock closet. Do not leave equipment out overnight.

Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.

Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre- approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.

Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are provided for your convenience. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, trash bags, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. We provide one set of bath towels per guest, beach towels, and all bed linens.

Parking: This unit comes with only 1 parking spot labeled unit C - there is NO guest parking onsite but paid public parking is available adjacent to the property.

Within the quaint town of Indian Rocks Beach, you will find some of the best local restaurants, ice cream shops, coffee shops, breweries, and local beachwear shops. McGough Nature Park is just over the main bridge and is a favorite for families to visit which features wildlife such as owls, bald eagles, hawks, turtles, as well as walking trails, a playground with zipline, and shelters. Local orange store Yellowbanks is just up the road from this park, and has Florida-grown citruses, juices, and fresh orange ice cream. The surrounding local area has some great day trips: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan 1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Zoo Tampa at Lowry Park, The Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney is just two hours away.
