Welcome home to Searenity Sands, a private, relaxing and intimate condominium rental on the beautiful sugar sands of the Gulf of Mexico and located in the quaint town of Indian Rocks Beach Florida. Come on in and slip your bare feet in the calming sands or take dip in the gentle waves lapping at the shore. We welcome you to our getaway, where we go out of the way to provide an exceptional experience for your family and guests by paying attention to the little things that make your stay extra special. Great Family Vacation

Once a year we all get together and do a beach vacation . Our stay was great . Steps away from the beach was my favorite.. but the fast response of the owner when I had a question was top notch !!!

Perfect vacation spot!

This property has everything needed for a relaxing vacation. The beach is calm and not crowded because the condo is not by high rises. Close to everything! We had a lovely relaxing time. Christi responded promptly with any questions we had.

Amazing place to stay!

Steps away from the beach!!! The beaches were not busy or crowded, plus a private pool we loved. Very clean comfortable condo that has everything you need! Love that the hosts offered beach gear, and games to play when you needed out of the sun for a little bit. The condo is in walking distance to food and places to shop. The hosts were absolutely amazing responded within minutes and very helpful! My family and I canā€™t wait to come back and visit again

Perfect GetAway to GET AWAY

This was my 1st stay at a Vrbo on the Gulf coast. When I say 1st impressions mean a lot, this 1st impression MEANT a lot! The condo was as described and more! The extras that were included (Beach gear, beach towels, toiletries,spices, etc.) were a real convenience. Christy is the epitome of super host. During my stay my friend and I were hanging in the garage area and all of a sudden I heard my name! It was Christy and she recongnized her beach tote I was carrying. She came over to us and introduced herself and husband. They are great people and so friendly and accommodating. They bent over backwards to fulfill our needs. I will definitely re-book with her and look forward to a new friendship that will last a good long time! You will not be disappointed.

The beach was close, the pool was perfect, and walking around town gave us lots of options for food and shopping. Thank you Christy for everything...we can't wait to spend our time in IRB again!

Great location in Indian Rocks!

We had a great time at Christyā€™s condo in Indian Rocks. She was extremely communicative throughout the booking and check in process. The condo was clean, and we had everything we needed during the stay, including beach chairs and pool towels. My only con is that the pool wasnā€™t actually heated, but that didnā€™t stop my toddler from enjoying it, ha! Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect beach and condo

This beach is family friendly and much calmer than the surrounding beaches. The condo is perfect. The kitchen is well stocked with great cooking ware and utensils, the beds were very comfortable. Those were the most two important things to me and I was not disappointed! The hosts were very easy to contact and we didnā€™t have any issues at all. The neighborhood is great and the condo was perfect!

Absolutely Fantastic!

This condo is beautiful and tastefully decorated. Check in was easy, check out was easy, overall excellent experience. Highly recommend for folks with children - there was plenty of room for all of us (myself, my husband, my 7 and 5 years olds too!) Loved the ease of getting to the beach and the elevator was a HUGE win! We absolutely will be booking again!

Great vacation property

Very clean and comfortable! The quick walk to the beach is amazing. It's really the perfect spot. The owner is very responsive to any needs or questions which makes the whole experience that much nicer. I'd go back in a heart beat.

Great beach access and very central location. Condo had very up to date furnishings etc. Owner was very accommodating. Suggest stocking flying insect spray and something to get garbage disposal smelling clean and fresh.

LOVED! Canā€™t wait to come back!

Communication was amazing from the start and getting in was a breeze! We loved we could walk to so many places feeling involved but so nice to head back to condo and get a break of it all. The pool was empty just about every time we went and the beach wasnā€™t too crowded the whole week! Although, we did bring our own beach toys, tent and such - they had so many beach accessories to use as well as towels. Loved the washer and dryer was right there! We canā€™t wait to book another stay here!

January at the Beach

Overall we rate this property excellent. It was very quite here and the condo served us well. We were able to make day trips in the Tampa area to visit sites. The condo management was very responsive. They even made a special trip to resolve our need to receive US mail at the site. The community is unique in that many of the businesses are small family owned. We would definitely return to this condo.

Perfect Vacation

This place is amazing. The condo is beautiful plus there are so many beach towels and supplies, a beach umbrella large enough for two people, sand buckets and shovels, pool noodles, kick boards, 4 or 5 beach chairs and now a pair of goggles and really nice inflatable lounge chair that I left behind because I couldn't get it back in my suitcase plus and a wagon to drag it all to the beach. The beach is gorgeous and, since it is a private beach, it is not very crowded. The path to the beach is just behind the swimming pool and there is a shower you can use to get the sand off of the beach stuff and yourself. If that wasn't enough Christy made a binder that has information on the activities and restaurants in the area. We are definitely coming back for another stay!!!

Great place to stay!

Great place to stay. They have everything you need for the beach, towels, sand toys, beach bag, cooler, chairs, and an umbrella. The walk to the beach was easy. We also enjoyed all of the restaurants within walking distance. We will definitely be back!
