The Space:

The gentle hum of the air‑conditioner blends with the distant laughter of nearby beachgoers, inviting you to settle into a rhythm of relaxed togetherness. Whether you linger over a slow morning coffee indoors or step out to the backyard for a game of putt, the villa feels like a seamless extension of the warm Clearwater days.



Sleeping arrangements

Four themed bedrooms welcome you with distinct comforts. Bedroom 1, Beach Queens, holds two Queen Beds. Bedroom 2, Sky, offers a King Bed. Bedroom 3, Purpink, features a Bunk Bed Twin over Full. Bedroom 4, Color circle, provides another King Bed. Two bathrooms are equipped with bathroom essentials and hot water for the group.



Indoor living

The spacious living area encourages gathering around a TV or settling into a quiet corner with a laptop at the dedicated workspace. A game room opens onto the backyard, stocked with a pool table, foosball table, poker table and arcade machines, creating endless options for friendly competition. Air‑conditioning, heating and ceiling fans keep the interior comfortable year‑round.



Kitchen & dining

A full kitchen with stainless‑steel appliances invites you to prepare meals at your own pace. The adjoining dining space flows naturally from the kitchen, offering ample room for family‑style meals or casual snacks while the indoor‑outdoor layout keeps the breeze close by.



Outdoor living

Step outside to a private pool framed by comfortable outdoor furniture, a fire pit and an outdoor bar with a minifridge. A putting green adds a playful touch, and a fenced backyard ensures privacy for pets and children alike. Free on‑site parking and additional street parking make arrivals effortless.

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home!



Getting Around:

Parking can accommodate up to (3) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.



We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have cameras outside for security purposes, none of them pointing to the pool area.
