New Modern Chic Suite Walkable Steps to Beach

This Indian Rocks Beach duplex has been completely remodeled in a modern beach-chic style. Located just steps away from the beach access and
a short walk to great local coffee shops, restaurants, and stores. The Suite is fully equipped to be your home-away-from-home while you enjoy
your vacation and create unforgettable memories by the beach.

Welcome to our beautiful modern beach house! This is a newly renovated, two-suite duplex house/cottage on stilts. There is one apartment in the
front (west-facing) and one in the back of the property (east facing), each with a wrap-around deck so you may enjoy the gulf breezes. The
location is right across the street from the beach and beach access. We are a block or two away from four restaurants: Cafe de Paris,
18 On The Rocks, Beach Waves Grill, and Casa Italia. We are within walking distance to tennis courts and parks. Many shops are nearby,
ranging from boutiques to bait shops. Bicycle rental shop is within walking distance. Hairdresser, masseuse, and a nail salon are also close by.

Each of these apartments are for rent separately. Each apartment has two bedrooms with queen size beds, plus one bathroom, a living room with a
queen sleeper sofa, dining area, and a full kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave oven, and all the utensils you will need for cooking.

Outside private deck with two Adirondack chairs. Beach chairs are available for use. We supply a set of beach towels. We also have a few beach
toys for small children and one Pack n' Play for those travelling with infants (on-request and subject to availability).

This was our first time to Island Rock Beach and we loved it. The water is to die for and the beach is beautiful! The house is in the perfect location, with a great porch to enjoy the evenings-don’t forget bug spray! It’s a quiet neighborhood, the walk to the beach is 5 minutes at the most.A wagon, cooler, beach toys and chairs are available for use. Lots of drawers and hangers available in both closets.The listing is accurate.A few suggestions:Replace the blow dryer and pans Check the water pressure and shower head Add a mirror in the smaller bedroom A nice, sturdy kitchen table would make a huge difference. It’s a perfect size for 2 adults and 1-2 kids.

Family time

The house was in great location. Was very convenient for all of us. The only thing that I didn’t like was the pot and pan that were over used and the teflon is not good for your health. We decide not to cook there and either eat out or came to my house to cook. I recommend better pot and pan's.

Clean, modern property, great location

We never needed to use the car once we got our core groceries. We were a short walk to the beach, 2 great cafes right on Gulf Blvd for breakfast, and a beach bar in the same plaza, plus plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. House was spotless and very updated. There is a huge front porch, not exactly overlooking the Gulf, but pretty close, and the walk to the beach is only 2 blocks. We thought about dropping off the chairs and umbrella, but the walk wasn’t bad, and I went back for water refills a few times and though nothing of it. Check in was easy enough, all done virtually. There was an issue trying to photograph my ID but I eventually got it resolved by switching from a black to a white background, and the host said he would have allowed me to email him a copy if that hadn’t worked, so just be patient and you’ll be fine. Fair warning: there is a lot of construction going on in this part of the island, and some of the workers are less than polite and professional, but if you are an early riser like I am, the noise won’t bother you, and my wife simply avoided walking past the site after the initial “incident”.

Second year renting this condo

This is my second year renting this unit is close to the beach and local restaurants, neighborhood is quiet at night. Definitely booking again next year. Only downside is that they have the same bathroom mat as last year I wish they would change it or wash it.

Very nice for short visit to the beach

Very cute little apartment and was a good size for my two adult daughters and I to enjoy a 'girls weekend'. Parking was generous, the bedrooms were a good size and the beds were very comfortable. We shared the one bathroom and the water pressure was just fine (another reviewer mentioned having a problem). The outside stairs were pretty dark when we returned at night but our handy phone-light helped! My daughters run every day and they felt safe running through the neighborhood in the evening and early morning. There was only one ice cube tray and the host dropped off two more shortly after I mentioned it! Unfortunately the nearby beach access (2 blocks, so a bit more than 'steps') was closed due to beach reconstruction. And the nearest access was several additional blocks away. Disappointing but didn't spoil our mini-vacation. Overall the unit could use a little sprucing up (the living room rug was quite worn and some of the woodwork needed to be cleaned/repainted). We appreciated having beach chairs in the closet by our parking spot!

Perfect Spot - Will book again!

Everything was perfect for my friend and I. I will be booking this property again in the future. It was the right price for the location. Very clean, modern, VERY quiet, very roomy, and only a block and a half from the beach front. We were able to just walk. A cute diner with amazing pancakes is just down the block. Another good restaurant two blocks down. The beach itself wasn’t a big booming tourist spot so even on the beach we had some good space! The only thing I noticed that I didn’t like was the water pressure for the bathroom sink was TOO much. The stairs outside leading up to the door need some screwing down as well. Thanks Vadim!

Loved it!!

Very clean, very cute! Close to the beach and other cool eating joints around. Nice that there were available beach chairs and beach towels. Only constructive feedback I’d give is that the extra blankets in the closet were not fresh and definitely needed washed. .. they had an odor and therefore we didn’t use them. Otherwise everything else was immaculate. The owner was very responsive. We’d definitely stay here again!

Clean, spacious and close to beach

Great property a block to beach. Duplex was clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking. Nice deck to enjoy the evening outside. Perfect for family or friends traveling together (both sides of duplex are nearly identical). Everything was modern and nice. A few restaurants in walking distance. Grocery store less than 10 minutes away.

Felt like home!

Great place, very clean and a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen has everything you need if you feel like hanging out at the place. Comfortable beds. I could go on and on. The location is great as well. Highly recommended!

Indian Rocks Beach Stay

Property is as listed. Steps to the beach. Several restaurants to choose from close by. Condo is clean, good neighbourhood, easy communication with the host. Would definitely recommend.
