Villas of Clearwater Beach - Unit A12 offered by Beach Time Rentals

We are excited to offer this 2 bedroom beach front condominium accommodating 6 guests total.

The condo boasts natural wood throughout in addition to leather furnishings with warm earthy colors that makes this a welcoming and relaxing space.
Primary bedroom has a King bed with an ensuite bathroom and second bedroom has 2 Full beds – accommodating a total of 6 guests. Each bedroom has flat screen TVs.

This vacation property features 1350 sq ft.

The kitchen is fully equipped, dining area seats 4 guests and the living area has leather furnishing and views of the Gulf.

A popular amenity among guests is the gulf front balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee on the deck, the salty sea air and a sunrise you won’t forget.

This beautiful condo is perfectly situated on Clearwater Beach and it offers breathtaking ocean views for the ultimate in a family vacation, a gathering of friends or a celebration of any kind.

You are just steps from the Gulf, take a walk on the beach and gather some sea shells or just take time to sit and relax by the ocean. All the comforts you need are here for a memorable Clearwater Beach vacation.

*Condo is on the 4th level - elevator available.

Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.

Owner Spaces: Please note that the property includes storage spaces designated for the owner's use. These spaces are securely locked and are not to be accessed or opened by anyone. Spaces will vary in size depending on the storage needs of the owner.

Family Spring Break

Clean property, well stocked, great ocean view. Far enough away from the busy crowds but close enough to them when you wanted something to do. The pool was a great addition as well. This was our 2nd stay in the building and we will be back.

Great Beach Condo

Beach Time Rentals in Clearwater Beach, FL was an excellent choice for our family of four. There condo had plenty of room for everyone, and the view is spectacular from the master bedroom, and from the living room. The location was convenient, within walking distance to many restaurants, shops and the beach was just few steps away. The host provided the needed information that made out trip enjoyable.

Check in time

Only problem was we had concert tickets in Tampa. Concert started at 6:00 pm, could not check in until 4:00 pm and the property manage would not work with us. That was the only issue and it all worked out.

Beautiful view

Older property. A little dusty. We weren't originally given all of the codes to the various entries but when I texted I got an immediate response. Thought there was an office to get beach equipment from but it was actually in a closet that we didn't notice until the day before we left. The view was amazing and that made it worth it.

Beautiful and clean condo

Unit A12 was a great rental, in the perfect location, not too close to the the crowds but within walking distance to the pier and beyond. My only complaints was; the bed in the master bedroom is a weapon on your shins and feet! There is a dark colored wood base that is difficult to see. A helpful tip to save yourself a painful bruise, pull the white sheets down lower over the base. The mattress and pillows could use an update as well! The kitchen was well stocked but there were no baking sheets. In the master bathroom, the pull up pin to start the shower came right out so, we could not use that shower the whole week we were renting. I did message the rental manager about that and the lack of towels provided. She only addressed the towels when she returned the message. I found out later that all the extra towels are stored in the skinny closet straight across from the 2nd bathroom. FYI, there are hairdryers in the drawers in the master bathroom. There are a few beach chairs in the hall closet, boogie boards. beach towels by the patio door and maybe an umbrella. There is nothing the owner can do about this but, the people above the unit would awaken us early every morning by what sounded like a metal chair being scraped across a tile floor and the sliding door being opened and closed. They may have also been doing some remodeling too!

Amazing sunset views!

We had a very relaxing week at this condo on north Clearwater beach. The location overlooking the beach was amazing, although the street side felt a little sketchy after dark. Enough room for 2 adults and 2 teens.

Location, location, location!

Great location. Easy walk to restaurants and shops. Beautiful beach area. Accommodation was clean and a good size for our family. Mona gave us great directions and details on how to enter the facility. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful Beach/ Broken Dishwasher and Electronics

PROS: 1. Beautiful, perfect beach, only steps from condo 2. Clean condo 3. Spacious balcony with dining table set, chaise and other chairs. 4. Beautiful view from balcony. 5. Convenient, covered parking place in garage 6. Easy recycling 7. All security key pads worked perfectly 8. Elevator very convenient to condo and beach CONS (Obviously, a proper inspection of the condo was not done prior to our arrival. All of these things could have been caught and fixed before we checked in): 1. Broken dishwasher. So how were dishes and utensils washed that were in our cabinets? 2. Outer right side of K sink is rusted 3. Garbage disposal inoperable due to big chunk of hard plastic wedged in it. (Finally discovered by a repair person on day 4.) 4. Spare bedroom TV has no cable and TV connection (was fixed on day 4) 5. Two DVD’s do not work (were fixed on day 4) 6. Laminated directions to use remotes are the wrong ones. 7. An ant hotel was placed on the bottom shelf of a cabinet, right next to the drinking glasses, rims side down so that the chemicals could be on the rims of the glasses. 8. Ice crusher in the ice maker does not work. 9. Torn and stained lampshade in MBR. 10. Broken clock in MBR 11. Departure instructions said to fill out housekeeping review sheet in the kitchen, but there was none. 12. Dining room chairs make a very loud scraping noise, with any movement, across the tile floor. So….the neighbors heard each of the chairs move and we heard their chairs scraping. We tried putting little pads on the legs, but didn’t help. (Probably gliders could be affixed to each.) 13. The king size bed in the MBR is truly a toe breaker. It is a platform bed made of dark wood that blends perfectly with the dark wood floor. Finally, after many run-ins with our toes and shins, we stuffed towels all along the edges and over the corners. 14. There are only two teaspoons in the kitchen. A dozen serving spoons don’t work for coffee, cereal, etc. 15. Instructions above the thermostat said to NOT turn the A.C. cooler than 75 degrees. With high humidity, the duvets are useless. Who can be comfortable with a heavy duvet in a tropical climate? We were fine with the 75 degree setting, but lighter weight spreads/covers should be used on beds. 16. There is a hall closet full of very heavy beach chairs/ chaises (probably left behind by past renters). Some of the heaviest and broken ones should be discarded. 17.
